Charleston is a walking city and you’ll enjoy your strolls to fine restaurants, museums, theaters, antique shops, art galleries, and locally owned boutiques. Many of our historic homes are open for tours as you browse around the city. Take a tour by horse and carriage, visit the aquarium, take a boat ride out to Ft. Sumter, or the dinner boat cruise around the harbor. Park your car in our off-street parking lot and forget it until you’re ready to leave.

Located two blocks from the Market, this unit is in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the country. There is a living room with a balcony, kitchen, bath, and one very large bedroom. The bedroom includes one queen size bed, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa. Explore the city in the morning, cool off in the swimming pool in the afternoon, then go upstairs for a nap before heading out to dinner.

You’ll enjoy a quiet vacation and rest easily in this residential condominium knowing you have a secured entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped including cookware and dinnerware. Linens are furnished. Cable television is provided as well as internet access. There is also an elevator, and a washer and dryer are available on site for your use. The swimming pool is open for use during the Spring and Summer.

The beach is just a short, fifteen minute drive away as well as several golf courses, tennis courts, and parks. It’s just a 15 minute drive to the Charleston Airport, two minutes to MUSC, and a short walk to the College of Charleston. The unit is 1 block from the Harris Teeter supermarket and directly across the street from a bank (SunTrust) ATM.

My family and I stayed at Laura's place in June 2015 for our destination wedding in Charleston. Almost two years later I realized I have completely forgot to write a review. (Sincere apologies, Laura!) The place was perfectly located and spotlessly maintained, with very tasteful decor, and spacious for 4 adults. Laura was very easy to communicate and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Very much enjoyed staying at this apartment. This spotlessly clean apartment has been tastefully refurbished and decorated with comfort in mind. The location is superb, best part of Charleston within easy walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone. It looks better than the pictures. Easily deserves five stars.

Great location, very nice place to stay. It is safe, and has private parking space. You can walk to almost anything you need or want to do, including shopping, tours, and restaurants. I would recommend and stay again.
