About The Owner

My wife and I grew up in the mountains of Alberta, but we love the ocean. Ever since we visited Victoria we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. As our family grew, we found Vancouver Island to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. We hope you'll enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too!

Why The Owner chose Victoria

We chose this location for many reasons. One being the quality and standards of the building itself and the fact that the Falls is such a high quality product. Another reason is the ideal location. It is close to the Inner Harbour, Cook St. Village, Beacon Hill Park, and to paths for walks along the water with mountains views. It is close enough to walk to everything. Markets, cafes, banks, shops, video stores, and more are just minutes away. It is just right on so many levels. Things To Do Onsite: - cascading waterfalls - lush gardens - fitness center - outdoor swimming pool - poolside lounge

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy all this property has to offer. Within walking distance is, a recreation centre, a library, grocery stores, various shops, restaurants, a kids play park, and a short walk to the ocean. The large deck provides an enjoyable outdoor space with a wonderful views.

Great Location - Great Condo

We have stayed at several HomeAway properties in several locations over the past several years and this experience ranks up there with the very best. The condo was absolutely top notch in every way. It was excellently furnished. We were pleasantly surprised with so many unexpected small inclusions. One doesn't always find that true. It was perfect for two couples--which we were. The check-in and check-out were handled very smoothly and set up to our convenience. Since we did have a car, the included parking spot was a very welcome plus. The location has been noted by several reviewers and is top notch. We could easily walk to almost everything on our agenda. Highly recommended and we'd revisit if we ever return to Victoria.

Great in all respects

I stayed here during the months of April and May - luxurious,bright roomy space. I was impressed with the supplies - v well appointed. The beds are v comfortable- my guests all commented !! Concierge Kristi v helpful with any questions or concerns. The location is excellent - walking distance to the wharf, downtown attractions and bus stops . Looking forward to another stay next year !! Thank you Tim for sharing your lovely condo!!

We stayed a month in this apartment

It is in a great location, remarkably quiet most nights except for the odd concert at Distrikt nightclub on Douglas Street. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed plus a lot of extras such as paper towels, washing powder etc. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were quick to address any problems that arose. We would stay here again.

Lovely !

We booked the condo from October 7-10 and our first impression was we chose a high end rental and all was well. We were greeted by, Kristy, a very friendly and professional woman who showed us "the ropes" ! The pictures on the VRBO site are "bang on" ... what you see is what you get and what you get is WONDERFUL !!

One of the two toilets did not function due to a gasket problem and after phoning Kristy, she came right over to see what the problem was. She was in touch with a plumber but he was unable to come until th next day. We had to flush the toilet using a bucket, which was not the best. The plumber and Kristy showed up the next morning, early, but he was unable to fix the problem so therefore we used the bucket to flush our whole stay !

We were grateful that the weather was cool and we didn't need the windows opened as it was very noisy over the weekend due to traffic and partiers having a grand time until 3ish each night !

The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we wanted for nothing when it came to cooking all 3 meals there ! The appliances were new and the gas stove was absolutely a gem !

The stackable washer and dryer was also new and it worked beautifully, too ! Lots of laundry detergent, too ... like I said before ... the place was stocked with everything you would ever want or need !

We had our 2 year old grandchild with us and there was a very modern highchair and a pack and play bed.

The location is perfect. We toured around and did some shopping, all within walking distance of the condo. The parking was also a bonus for us.

I would recommend this place to anyone and if we were to go back to Victoria, we would book this condo in a heartbeat !
