About The Owner

In Beau Paris is a Vacation Rental Agency operating in Paris for more than 10 years.

We manage close to 100 apartments in Paris, all of very good to luxury standard.

We take care of the advertising of apartments, the reservation process from payments to security deposit refund; and even the cleaning and the maintenance of the apartment.

We would be very happy to host you in one of our apartments that you will find on VRBO Listing #26870.

We do very little brand name advertisement. We focus on what matters: MAKING SURE OUR GUESTS ARE SATISFIED (check the reviews on any of our apts. Recent apts do not have reviews yet).

We believe it is the best way to develop our activities which have been growing steadily every year. You are welcome to try our service.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1980

Why The Owner chose Paris Arr. 5 (Latin Quarter)

We selected this property because of its great location close to Arenes de Lutece, Pantheon, Mosque of Paris, Jardin des Plantes garden, Jussieu University, the apartment coziness and peaceful ambiance.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.

What makes this apartment unique

We know searching for an apartment can be a nightmare :

that is why, from beginning of your search to the end of your stay, you will have REAL PEOPLE INTERACTING WITH YOU, not automatic mailing or automatic booking.

We answer to each request and send a detailed quote & contract on each request. We believe the instant quote given on the site is not precise enough for a guest to book an apt.

We react fast, be it by mail (often in the hour, max 24h, we have evening shift), Immediatly by phone. Note we do not take booking on the phone nor discuss prices or availability, risk of mistake is too high. E-mail is much more secure & precise. We nevertheless are happy to answer specific questions.

During your stay, we are always available. We can advise you on how to use the apt. We run a night emergency line, for real emergencies :-). When problem arise, we do our best to solve them, quickly.

We want our guest to have the best memories of their stay. We have a high rate of returning guests : it seems they do.

Calm within the city

  • 5 of 5

My son and I really enjoyed the apartment on rue Linne. If city noise prevents you from sleeping, this is the apartment for you. It is extremely quiet at night since it backs up to a park that closes at 19:00. It is light and bright with pretty views and has two bedrooms and baths at opposite ends of the apartment. This worked well for us since my son could watch TV late while I slept. Many bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and food stores are within a quick walk and the Jussieu metro station, with two lines, is right across the street. The Jardin des Plantes and the market at Place Monge are also very close. In short, the location is terrific. You have to walk up three flights of steep steps to reach the apartment, but it was definitely worth it to have a cheerful, quiet and attractive home away from home.

Very pleasant apartment to explore Paris

  • 5 of 5

My wife and daughter stayed here in early August 2016 and it was perfect for us. The other reviews here describe it well. The stair climb to the apartment is steep and narrow at the end so luggage and large framed visitors will struggle a bit. The apartment is simple but charming and super convenient. Storage/hangers

for clothing and personal items was limited. The property manager, Miriam, was responsive to our minor issue. We recommend this apartment highly.

Brilliant location, great apartment.

  • 5 of 5

What a brilliant location ! My daughter and I are from Sydney Australia and spent ten days in this apartment celebrating her 40th birthday with sightseeing and experiencing Paris life. We had a wonderful time and the apartment was perfect for us. Jean-Noel was a total pleasure to make the booking with, he made it easy and answered all my questions. The apartment cannot be faulted on location, absolutely the ultimate position opposite the metro at Jussieu, a handy walk to many wonderful shops for cheese, wine, fruit and vege, as well as baked goods, restaurants, Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame, the Louvre, we even walked 'home' from the Eiffel Tower.. quite a hike ! The outlook is gorgeous, the apartment is bright and sunny. The stairs are scary, steep and a little slippery, but if you take your time there is no drama, we didn't mind climbing them at night after endless walking during the day. Just not for anyone on crutches or otherwise disabled :) After your stay you will be lean and fit from leaping up and down the stairs !! The apartment is very well and extremely thoughtfully equipped, with everything you could possibly need including as a bonus some fabulous guide books (I added one of Paris walks to the collection). The heating was excellent, and we needed it, as the weather was quite cool compared to the thirty degrees centigrade we had been experiencing at home. We were the first visitors for the season and felt that the apartment could have done with a thorough clean before we moved in. Myriam and Lola welcomed us warmly and punctually and settled us in. All details of the apartment were explained to us and Myriam even gave us a recommendation for a brasserie on the Ile St Louis which was fabulous. Thank you ! An amazing property, highly recommended !

Roomy apartment for two, convenient location.

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Across the street from the Jussieu metro stop, many cafes and little convenience stores nearby. The Jardin des Plantes was an unexpected treasure with many plants still blooming in late September. A short walk to Rue Moueffetard to pick up bread, wine, cheese, pastries, anything you could want for dinner/breakfast in the apt. I did tire of those 53 narrow & steep steps up to the apartment every night after walking all over the city during the day...but I survived! Every thing about Paris involves up and down walking and climbing steps in the metro or parks or neighborhoods so be prepared. I recommend the apartment for it's size and, especially, its location. The only minor negative being those steps...but that is just part of living in Paris.

Niche spot, in the Fabulous fifth...

  • 5 of 5

Fun apartment. The apartment has all necessary amenities (including DogTV, which was great). How many places come with a 2000 year old Roman arena in the park behind it? Very cozy, and comfy. Be nice to the botanist downstairs. L'Episilion across the street, is recommended as a friendly little haunt. Bonus pts, for Place Jussieu metro station across the street. The steep semi-spiral staircase up to the apt, are not for the faint of heart, though. The fifth district offers a relaxing break from the other side of the river, but you are still just a short walk from Notre Dame, or Jardin des Plantes!!!

Quiet neighborhood in Paris

  • 5 of 5

We loved our time on Rue Linne. The apartment was comfortable with a beautiful view overlooking the gardens and a playground that filled with children every afternoon. I am so glad we chose not to stay in a hotel. Instead, we made coffee and enjoyed our pains au chocolat and croissants from a nearby boulangerie each morning, brought wine and cheese back from Rue Mouffetard each afternoon. Just a 10 minute walk away from the Seine and Notre Dame! There were such beautiful surprises in our neighborhood with the Jardin des Plantes across the street and the Roman Arena directly behind us, and the Metro was directly across the street. I would return in a second.

Owner's Response: Hi Jessica, Thanks for the nice review. Glad to hear that you loved your time in the apartment. As you say, it is comfortable with a beautiful view of the gardens and a playground filled with children. There is a bakery, wine and cheese shop nearby and the Seine and Notre Dame are just 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Beautiful botanic garden Jardin des Plantes is just across the street as well as the Roman Arena directly behind the building. As a plus, metro station is across the street. We would be also happy to host you again. Sincerely, Jean-Noel
