This is Unit #2 of a 4 unit condominium with a new pool in the backyard. Located on Gulf Drive, we are less than 100 steps to the beach. Unit 2 is a downstairs unit.

Like New - This property has just been totally renovated inside and out. All new kitchens, Bathrooms, Furniture, Furnishings, utilities, appliances, etc.

Public access is directly across from our front door. We are less that 100 steps to the beach. In addition, we are only about a “Nine Iron” east of Schooners…leave your car parked and walk back and forth. For fine dining, we are less than a mile from Capt Anderson’s and the Marina. There is no more convenient location than here. Enjoy the “drive-up” parking convenience without the hassle of the elevators and long walks. There is a convenient beach concession close by with jet ski’s, floats, etc.

You can enjoy the blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast, sink your toes in the white sand and take in one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life. We have all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable. Come and enjoy your vacation with us.

I like being able to walk out of my back door and jump into the pool that is about 20 feet from my door. I also like being in a building with only four units so it is not too busy.

Nice and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, beach wasn't too crowded, loved being able to pull up right in front of the door to enter Condo, several places to eat within walking distance, nice pool to lounge around and plenty of kitchen supplies.Mr. Overton was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

One of the best places we have stayed. We have traveled to Panama City Beach a few times recently as we prepare to relocate and this was a great place to stay. Especially for the price, it was unbeatable. My wife and I brought a 13, 9, and 7 year old along with a 8 month year old and our pet beagle. It was plenty of room. Very cozy and clean. It has the basics that you will need. You can get the beach within 1 minute of walking. Loved the pool and outdoor area. The pool has a fountain which really drowns out any other sound in the area. It is very relaxing. Close parking. Would definitely try to book this again and would even love to bring extended family to rent other condos. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. St. Andrews State Park is very close. You can get there within minutes and a great place to watch the sunrise.

The only negative that I can think of would be that it is located next to two large hotels on the beach. I personally enjoyed the views of the hotels, quite impressive. There is a some foot traffic in the area but not a problem. There was one morning when the garbage trucks came by really early but not a big deal either.

Great Location, Everything we needed

The listing with photos was very descriptive, therefore we pretty much new what to expect. The property was clean and maintained. It is not new, so should not be compared to the newer condo units if you have stayed in one of those. We don't spend a lot of time in our rental during vacation - so it was everything we needed and then some. Parking was never an issue. We would love to rent the entire building with friends/family sometime. Beach steps away. Private pool, cool!

Our only complaints would be the outer door "slamming" when others come and go, and the yapping little dog(s) across the way.

We would absolutely rent from Martin again!

A *Gem* - I almost don't want the word to get out!

We just returned from a long weekend in Panama City Beach in this condo, and ... WOW. We just loved it. We were two couples, no kids, and it was perfect for us.

The condo was clean, the furniture was in great condition and up-to-date, the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels of high quality, the provided appliances and utensils were plentiful and also of high good quality, and the decor of the condo was clean/smart (not sure how else to describe - not 'super-elegant-fancy', but certainly not plain or outdated - there was just very nice detail/craftsmanship throughout).

The semi-private pool was *so* relaxing. It was nice to take a quiet dip when we didn't feel like going to the beach, and to be able to chat with the very few neighbors (there are 4 condos, all sharing the pool). There were plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate us all, a couple of floats for sunning in the pool, and a nice small waterfall feature into the pool - so peaceful.

We had a great (shared) deck overlooking the pool, with a gas grill provided, and tables/chairs for each upstairs unit. We loved our barbecued shrimp breakfasts on the deck :)

The condo's location was outstanding. We were in walking distance to everything we needed - you can have your feet in the sand within about 2 minutes, or on Schooner's deck in about 4 minutes. And even though the street gets crowded every evening with the Schooner's wait, the condo is tucked in a pocket at the end of the street that remains fairly secluded considering; additionally, the owner has posted plenty of 'reserved parking' signs in his spaces and provides parking passes to his guests so we were *never* without a parking space at 'home'.

I just don't think there's *anything* the owner hasn't thought of with these condos. In addition, he was very kind and accommodating to a couple of personal requests we had. This condo is a gem, and I cannot WAIT to go back! Absolutely LOVED it :)
