This beautifully decorated condo sits directly on the gulf and is right in the heart of Gulf Shores. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, and private balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has two sets of double built in bunks.

In the living room, you’ll find a sleeper sofa. Your balcony comes complete with lounge chairs – perfect for relaxing and taking in the amazing view! Amenities include cable TV, wireless internet, a wet bar, a washer and dryer, a zero entry pool, fitness room and meeting room.

PLEASE NOTE, only two (2) parking passes are allowed for each reservation.

My name is Kevin Wendelburg. I am a property owner, a real estate investor, and an Alabama real estate agent committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance.

I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property.

Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. 'Simple' I said, 'treat every customer like family.'

The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Our quality control director takes pride in the condition of all of our properties and ensures that our thorough cleanliness standards are met. We have a full maintenance department that does its best to address any maintenance concerns quickly.

Why RelaxontheBeach chose Gulf Shores

I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!

The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?

World class golf is available in spades. Try your luck at Kiva Dunes, a perennial top 10 in the state of Alabama and ranked in Golf Digest's 'places to play' for an unforgettable links experience on the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.

Anyone say 'fresh seafood?' You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try 'Bahama Bobs' for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. Its hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!

Our vacation in Gulf Shores was about as ideal as it gets. We stayed in San Carlos 1407. The location is perfect as it is very close to the "T" where route 59 ends into Beach Blvd. The building is well maintained and safe. Parking was a little tight in front of the building and inside the two-level garage, but there was plenty additional parking across the road. The condo was fantastic. It had three roomy bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite was great. There was plenty of room for me, my wife and our three children. The view from the full balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Everything worked great like the A/C, hot water, TV's, washer, dryer, etc. The furniture and decorations were very attractive and tasteful. The beach was clean and the water was clear. The pool looked O.K. but we did not use it. The other renters/residents were all very respectful and considerate. There was no rowdiness or jerks around.

Everyone must go to Lambert's in Foley for dinner. It is an absolute must. I can also recommend Bahama Bob's and Gulf Coast Grill. Stay away from the Hangout if you plan to eat there. But if you are the type that like to rock out to a live band, it looked like a lot of fun.

It's hard (impossible?) to get a bad unit in San Carlos, but this one is really nice. Ideal bunk bed setup for the kids, 4 in a room. Nice furniture and great kitchen with granite and good appliances. Really good!

We had 6 girls and 4 adults on this trip and had more than enough room without feeling overcrowded! It was a great location. We had fantastic access to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool. We were within great distance to walk or take a short drive to several eateries and shops. The check in and check out was easy and convenient. We were up on the 14th floor. The condo has carts you can use to easily transition all your luggage in one run. The condo was very comfy and stocked with everything you could need. We still went out to shop and get a couple more items. The kids loved it! I would definitely recommend it for family vacation!

We had a great time. Condo was roomy enough for 12 people in our party and very clean. Plenty of towels, linens and pillows and utensils, etc. Spacious balcony. The only thing we were disappointed in was the front bedroom with the bunk beds did not cool like that rest of the condo although the vents were open. It stayed a little too warm in there to be comfortable. The only other thing we would suggest is adding an ice machine to the mini sink/bar area. It would help with filling ice chests and/or making sure there was plenty of ice for drinks. All in all it was a great rental and we would recommend others.

It was a great condo, decorated so nicely and the layout was good for two families. It was relatively clean but the tile could use a good soapy mopping. That's the only negative i would have. The location was very nice and the 14th floor rendered a really good view! The staff was called twice and were easy to reach with one call and responded to our needs immediately. If not for the storm setting in and cutting our stay short it would have been a great stay.

The condo was in a good location and the owner had the condo very well stock full of extras! It was very well decorate it! The only negative to our trip was the weather! Also the condo needed a little better cleaning done! The oven was dirty and it really needs a good deep cleaning! We also found some unmentionable's on the top bunk shelf that had not been cleaned!
