It is a rarity to find a beautiful, landscaped yard right off the patio, perfect for pets and kids. Your stay in this gorgeous unit offers the most amazing views from the bedroom, living room and dining room and panoramic views from the patio/yard. This unit is the creme de la creme!

During our vacation, Oct 1 to Oct 31 of 2011 we really enjoyed our stay at your galveston unit. Everything was as we expected it and better in most cases. The unit was very clean, tidy and well epuiped. We enjoyed the sunsets on the ocean and the walks on the long, long beach. Walmart is across the street, but we did most of our shopping at Krogers Market (great grocery store). We felt very seccure in the building. The parking lot and grounds are well maintained.

Still Great!

This is the second time we have stayed at Teri's condo and we are still very pleased. The condo is very well- equipped and very clean. The bed was great. I will add that there has been one change and it's for the better. There is now a beach right across the Seawall. We just loaded our ice chest, grabbed our towels and crossed the street and we were at the beach. I continue to recommend this first- floor, beach - view condo.

We stayed at The Dawn last weekend and it was wonderful! This is our second time staying in this particular condo. Teri is great! Everything was perfect. The view from the living room is awesome. Our dog loved the easy access to go outside. Looking forward to next years stay already!

We stayed in this condo for two months. The condo is comfortable, very well equipped and nicely situated on the seawall with a lovely view of the ocean. We were able to walk across the street to the Walmart Superstore for shopping. It was nice having a little front yard that our dog could enjoy.

There are some great restaurants within a short drive as well as within walking distance. Our favourites were Leon's on Broadway and 54th for barbecue, Benno's on the Seawall for seafood and Jimmy's on the Pier for a more upscale dinner, directly on the water with fabulous views and food.
