Overview

About the property

House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

The 'Bisbee Adobe' is located a short walk from the historic mining town of Bisbee, AZ. With an Elevation of approximately 5300', this quaint little town has some of Arizona's best year round climate.

The 'Bisbee Adobe' was originally built as a rooming house for miners around 1898. The last known tenants were in 1947. The renovation of the building was painstakingly done by a local contractor who did an incredible job and was completed in Aug. 2008.

From the period antiques, reproduction stove and the private coziness the Adobe offers is a very unique experience. With the private porch nestled within the mature oak trees gives the feeling of being in a tree house. Enjoy dinner outside or have a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning. The 'Bisbee Adobe' is configured as a duplex. The lower level is a long term rental and the upstairs is the short term unit which is completely furnished as described. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles). The Bathroom is accessible from a common hallway.

Second visit just as good as the first!

  • 5 of 5

It had been nearly two years since we last stayed in the Bisbee Adobe--the last time we were in Bisbee. The rental seemed exactly as it had been the day we left: just as beautiful and well maintained. We spent most of our time on the porch basking in the shade of old-growth trees, watching the birds, reading and waving to passersby. We love Bisbee and are so happy to have someplace we enjoy staying. We will definitely return! The owners were very quick to respond to all of our emails and quite gracious. Highly recommended.

Charming, cozy, and beautiful

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was delightful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely to sit out every morning and watch the birds, drink tea and coffee, and relax. The Bisbee shopping area is close by.

I recommend to any party of two who want to stay in Bisbee.

Great stay in Bisbee

  • 5 of 5

We stayed 4 nights at the Bisbee Adobe and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The location is close enough to downtown to be an easy walk without being right in the center of all activity. Beautiful 2nd floor porch for enjoying the pleasant Arizona weather.

We had great recommendations from the owners as to where to find the best restaurants and other activities in the area.

Darlene was great with communications and very responsive.

A positive experience all around.

Thanks!

Location is a mile away from downtown. A lovely walk downhill and you can take the Bisbee Bus back uphill for .50/seniors. Great neighbors and neighborhood. Owners are caring, friendly and always available. Stayed for over two weeks! ❤
