Charming 1 bdrm apartment in the upscale, safe, and exclusive area of Paitilla. Across from the biggest, most modern Multicentro Mall (movie theatres with reclining seats and waiters..can you believe it? , restaurants, shops etc) and walking distance to many of Panama’s great restaurants, pubs, taverns, casinos, banking and commercial area etc (most within 5 min walk). About the owner: With 30 years of Property Management and Vacation rental experience in Canadian Ski resorts and Mexican Beach resorts, I am delighted to add Panama City Executive Apartments to my rental portfolio. I've now been in Panama for 10 years, and provide vacation rentals in Coronado, the beach area close to Panama City. I left the big business of property management behind and now focus on investing, renovating, furnishing and renting my own apartments and condos. My clients and renters have become friends and we socialize and network regularly. There are definite benefits to dealing directly with the owner with regards to service level, property maintenance, and of course price (when there is no 'middleman')
Why the Owner Chose Punta Paitilla, Panama, Panama:
Panama is such an amazing country and surprises everyone who visits. First world meets third world. The people are so kind and generous, the weather is wonderful year round. This particular location is a lovely area to walk, there are parks and birds and lovely views over Balboa Avenue and Bay. Easy walk to Calle Uruguay, with the best restaurants, nightlife, malls, shops, delis, fruterias, casinos and movie theatres. Walk to the fish market and onto Casco Viejo using this most popular and scenic route (Cinta Costera Boardwalk) and enjoy great views, gardens, a park, a children’s playground, and miradors and get a pretty good workout in the process. They have landscaped this area beautifully, with statues that light up and change color, little gardens and it's very secure and safe.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
The location is great, I can walk just about everywhere I need to go, and with the new Avenida Balboa (finished 2009) we can now enjoy more beautiful green spaces, trees, park area, boardwalk and organized traffic flow. The apartment is booked so often, that I rarely get to stay, but I plan my city trips in between bookings to take advantage of all Panama City has to offer.
