Rent renovated and furnished new apartment in Yacht Flat Creek Inn for the weekend or season. The apartment is beautiful !! Hotel structure available for the flat guests: rooftop pool, tennis court, playground, game room, sauna, bar / restaurant, gym, Deck Nautical, schooner option on the beach.
It has pantry / kitchen with microwave, electric stove Hot Plate, sandwich maker, coffee maker, refrigerator, air conditioning type Split and utensils. Living room with sofa bed and a double bed. Seperate shower and toilet.
NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT.
Located 5 km middle of the center, located just after the Naval College and the Bonfim beach, the hotel you may benefit from any existing structure, with pool / sauna / showers / bar on weekends.
For bed linen we charge rate over.
This close to beautiful beaches and islands around the hotel you choose is a short walk to the pool or on the sands of the beach.
I return / exchange for the weekend in another region (Copacabana, Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio, Rio das Ostras, Tiradentes, Conservatory, etc ..

Estadia perfeita, funcionarios muito receptivos e solicitos... local muitoooo tranquilo, só se ouve o canto do sabia na mata, fizemos caminhadas...visualizando a vizinhança de alto padrão... recomendo há todos q querem um local tranquilo....voltarei mais vezes concerteza!!

Fiquei hospedada durante uma semana com minha família e realmente o lugar nos surpreendeu. A praia é muito limpa, o condomínio é impecável e os funcionários são educados e prestativos. O apartamento é muito bom, de frente para o mar , tem tudo o que necessitamos e em ótimo estado de conservação. Os preços do restaurante dentro do condomínio são bem baixos e a comida é de excelente qualidade. A única dica que dou para o Sr. Luis Veras é que coloque uma mesa e quatro cadeiras para refeição, pois o apartamento só tem duas banquetas e uma mesinha bem pequena, o que tornou impossível uma refeição em família. Agradeço a atenção do proprietário e com certeza recomento este apartamento.
