3003 Cameron Blvd is the perfect family retreat. This luxury 6 bedroom home on the Isle of Palms is only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. One block from the ocean and a short four minutes’ walk from the beautiful Isle of Palms beaches. Truly an amazing vacation home this is the perfect coastal destination and offers tropical landscaping complete with an in ground pool, outdoor dining and grilling area. Elevator access provides service from the garage area to the first and second levels of the home. You will love the incredible roof top deck with views to the Atlantic Ocean.

On the ground level you will find the large garage with entrance to the elevator and walk out to the backyard and in ground pool. An added bonus is the ping pong table that provides endless family fun. The pool area offers an outdoor dining area and ample seating for sunning on those lazy summer days. An additional refrigerator, bar with bar stools and wet sink complete the experience. While returning from the beach the hot and cold water outdoor shower is refreshing before jumping into the pool.

Our first floor features five uniquely designed bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an lcd tv. The first guest room has a queen bed and private bath. The second guestroom and third guestroom each have a queen bed and share a shower with separate sink and toilet areas. Guestroom four has two full beds and a private half bath. Guest room five offers a full bed with a view over the pool.

The main living area is located on the second floor. You will love the open floorplan high ceilings and coastal décor. Featuring two large sofas, two club chairs with ottomans and a large fireplace with built-in bookcases and a large HDTV. The kitchen is found just off the living room. Well equipped with stainless appliances, granite topped counters and kitchen wares are sure to keep all the chefs in the family happy. A large center island is our favorite feature and is the perfect place to make those summertime treats for the kids. The dining area has seating for 8 with additional bar top seating for 4. A convenient half bath is located off the kitchen area. This floor also features the master suite complete with king bed, full bath with a soaking tub, a large stand-alone shower, dual vanities and a walk in closet.

Exit the living room onto the covered deck where outdoor living is easy and relaxing with a new sectional sofa and chairs. Access the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck and enjoy views of the Atlantic. Parking for 6 vehicles, linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, pack and play, air conditioning,starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service is provided. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Great family gathering site!

Thoroughly enjoyed gathering with family for a wedding at the end of the week. We rented 2 houses side-by-side to accommodate everyone who traveled in from all over the country, and loved the time to relax, reconnect, celebrate, explore the Charleston area, and to enjoy the beach (only a 1.5 block walk away!). Very nice decor and amenities; elevator a definite plus for elderly visitors and for transporting supplies to top floor kitchen. LOVED the gas cooktop, but oven works slow/cool--best to bake everything on convection setting. Pool needs some attention, especially with maintaining the heater function and overall chemistry/cleanliness.

Excellent Property

This was the fourth time we have used this home for our annual family beach trip. The house is beautifully furnished, the kitchen well supplied, all appliances and the elevator worked properly, and the rooms are spacious. Each year, there is a new plus - this year, the back yard had been enlarged allowing more room for kids games by the pool. It's located on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach, or walk in the opposite direction to a park with playground. Take your bike and ride to the grocery store, restaurants, and entertainment.

Wonderful!!

This was the third time we have enjoyed this property for our annual family beach trip. As expected, the house was immaculate and the secluded back yard with an in-ground pool was professionally landscaped. A fun addition this year was a ping pong table sitting on a newly renovated garage floor. There were NO problems with the house, appliances, elevator, or hvac. Everyone from the youngest member at 4 months old to the grandparents left smiling about our home away from home experience. We will be right back here next year!

Great Location, Spacious House, Could Use Some TLC

We just finished up a week long stay at this property. The house has a great location... only about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It's large and has lots of room... our group of 12 never felt cluttered. The rooftop observation deck was a nice place to spend some time at night when it cooled off. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for the week. It has a working elevator which came in handy getting groceries and luggage to the top floors. The main negative I'd give would be that the home needs some good TLC this off season. Some of the blankets were pretty worn with holes in them, a lot of windows have "do not open" stickers on them, the master bathroom has some black mold over the shower, the chair cushions on the patio are pretty worn through, etc. It also would be a good idea to get some pest treatment out there more often. I'm local so I'm used to it, but there were a lot of bugs throughout the house that were alive... the girls didn't appreciate it. Overall a great week - hopefully they invest a little time and money into the property this winter.

40th Anniversary Family Celebration

We had a great week at this well appointed and maintained home with loads of space for our family of 9 adults and 5 kids. The location was perfect. It is on a quiet street with just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the tennis courts and playground. The yard and pool were exactly the right size, where we could chillax in the afternoon for drinks and grilling. We made good use of the 2 porches morning, afternoon and evening.

The beach was not very crowded. When it is low tide there are wonderful "pools" that the little ones can play in safely. We played golf at Wild Dunes. We went to dinner in Charleston and I of P. The guys went charter fishing and the gals went on a trolley tour of Charleston and lunch. Bottom line there are lots of things to do in the area.

We all agreed that the Isle of Palms and this home made our family vacation for our 40th wedding anniversary one we will always cherish!
