Two bedrooms, one downstairs and the other is a loft area.
You'll find a comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom and a lovely lanai off the bedroom where you can view the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee. If you prefer, you can enjoy the Ocean View from the lanai off the living room, Either way, I know you'll find '7303' to be a joy and on Kauai you can be as busy as you like or as relaxed as you deserve.
Our unit has a washer and dryer. TwoTVs, one upstairs and one in the living room downstairs with a Blu-ray player downstairs. Hair dryers in both bathrooms which are both downstairs and beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler.
There are also some useful items such as an ironing board and iron.
Help yourself to a book from our unit or borrow one from the rec center near the pools.
In the loft we have one full size bed and one queen size bed, complete with a flat screen TV and a desk if you just have to get some work done.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking pans, baking pans, crock pot, coffee pot, tea pot, blender and toaster. The nearest grocery store is Foodland, only a mile away at the Princeville shopping center where there are also banks, a post office, a couple of restaurants, a small food court and of course some stores for shopping.
The Cliffs Resort is on an Ocean Bluff on Kauai's North Shore within the Princeville Resort. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, putting green, bike rentals, full-size volleyball/badminton court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, two tennis courts and a children's playground.
Discount golf and spa usage if offered at the nearby Robert Trent Jones Course to all Cliffs Resort guests.
There are several gorgeous beaches within a five minute drive from The Cliffs and many more to enjoy. Ke'e Beach, one of the most beautiful, it's at the end of the road, literally, you cannot drive any further than this. The parking is pretty limited and it fills up fast because this is also the beginning of the Kalalau Trail hike. I've seen all parking spaces filled by 9:00A.M. There are no food vendors there either, so bring water and a snack if you go. At the very least, go to see it. Tunnels Beach, on the way there, is great, too.
The Kilauea Lighthouse grounds is also a wildlife refuge for a number of migratory nesting seabirds. If you are over 62 years of age you might want to bring your National Park Senior Pass with you.

About Beverly Pack
Bert and I live on Whidbey Island in Washington. We bought the condo on Kauai in January of 2013 and we'll be staying there whenever we can. We would love to share our home away from home with you when we can't be there.
Beverly Pack purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Beverly Pack chose Princeville
We looked at other properties, other Islands, and we felt more at home here at The Cliffs at Princeville than anywhere else. The Resort is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, the weather is perfect and the view is awesome.

Beautiful views, amazing location, every ammenity you could think of
I was initially hesitant to stay here because I had previously stayed in the Pu’u Poa condos which are amazing. Let me just say this condo surpassed my expectations by a long shot and I would now choose unit 7303 at the Cliffs over anywhere else on Kauai. Everything about this place is perfect! From the view to the library to the great pools and hot tubs (yes plural) to the condo itself having everything you could possibly need right down to the kitchen spices, it was truly an amazing stay! Beverly and Burton have gone above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and at home. In fact, I felt so at home I forgot to take the chip clips off of my chips when I left!! (Bev, I returned them to the front desk and the gentleman there promised me he would get them back safely to your unit :o) There are coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards in the unit for guest use as well. If I could give this place more stars I would!! I would highly encourage anyone from a solo traveler, to a young or retired couple, to a family to stay here! You won’t be disappointed.
Fabulous location and views, ocean, mountains, sky/clouds.....albatross soaring...all from our unit!
First visit to Hawaiian Islands....glad we chose Kauai. This place was "otherwordly" in terms of the surroundings (ocean/mountains/vegetation/exotic bird life). In addition to opportunities to see some incredible beaches and landscapes we also appreciated the access to tennis courts, workout room, pool, hot tubs, biking......all on sight. We also loved the bike ride along the Pacific Coast at Kappa on the east side of the island. Wiamia Canyon is a must, and worth the drive. Whalewatching cruises were exciting and great for the whole family.....saw whales and dolphins! Our favorite spot was the north coast highway ending at the Napali Coast Trail entrance. The beach there featured wild wave action and several times we encountered the endangered "monk seals" snoozing on the shoreline. We also kayaked out of Hanalei Bay and saw sea turtles.
Accomodations at Bev's condo were amazing.....she had everything anyone could need....but the views from the 3rd floor location were amazing. The trade winds blew in and through the excellently designed unit keeping everything temperate, the climate so enjoyable.
As great as the photos of this unit are, one is blown away upon entering the unit which allows a lot of the "outside" to come inside. We unreservedly recommend Bev's unit and the Cliffs
as a unique set up which also puts on a number of programs and activities if one is interested in learning more about Kauai and the culture and history of the Hawaiian people.
Thanks for letting us be part of the Kauai experience. We loved it.

Comfy, well-equipped, spectacular view
This is a great unit in a peaceful resort with a cozy, local vibe. The deck off the living room has a table and chairs for 4 or 5 to dine, a spectacular view of the ocean, and a peek at sunrise. The deck off the master bedroom looks toward the mountains and sunset.
We often stay in timeshares, but this unit is so much more comfortable because it's been personalized. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, appliances and utensils. Some herbs, spices, and even cooking oil are available. Huge TVs in the living room and bedroom, with a blu-ray player. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a boogie board are available.
This unit offers the best of both worlds. It's like staying at a friend's condo; but it also has the amenities of the corporate resorts: a fitness center, pool, organized activities, a concierge who can get you discounts.
We've stayed here twice. We'll be back.
I am so glad you enjoyed your visit to The Cliffs Resort and that you liked our unit. We want our guests to have the best Kauai experience possible and we know that a well equipped and comfortable condo is just the right start to a fantastic vacation. We have had many return visitors and each time, they notice something new or improved because that is what we do, keep it nice for you to come back.
Best unit at The Cliffs
We stayed in this beautiful condo while on vacation with two other families who also stayed at The Cliffs. Our condo was by far the nicest of the three condos, with lots of special little touches that really matter. You can tell the owners take pride in making it feel like a home, with good kitchen supplies, beautiful quilts and art, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, and a fun and very helpful guidebook. We especially appreciated the sunrise breakfast views from the balcony,. The location is great, not just because of the views-its also close to the pools and bar-b-q grills. The trade winds kept the place cool most days but the many fans in each room were helpful for those couple of days when it wasn't windy. The Cliffs is one of the prettiest places on the island and this is one of the best places at The Clffs.
Great location for family of six.
This Condo was great for our 8 day stay on the north shore of Kauai. We had 4 adults and 2 young boys (4 and 6) staying comfortably in the space. Clean with a very well equipped kitchen, Plenty of fun things for kids to bring to the beach, close to some of the north shores best beaches (the kids favourite was Anini, 10 mins away). Has a great view of the ocean which many of the other condos nearby don't, we had bbq's out in front on the cliffs each night. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
