This 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on a 10 acre avocado ranch is very private and serene. The home centers around an expansive pool terrace that invites year-round enjoyment. Inside, the Great Room is a grand space with commanding truss-beam ceilings. Sunshine fills the rooms of this south-facing home through an abundance of windows. As you enjoy the panoramic views that stretch from Santa Barbara to Ventura, you will often see red-tailed hawks as they glide through the skies overlooking the valley below.
The Living Room has a large sofa and has a second seating area with leather chairs that is a great spot for reading or a quiet game of backgammon. The full bar nearby is equipped with a sink and under-counter refrigerator.

The West Bedroom Suite with king-size bed offers ocean and garden views. The North Bedroom Suite has a queen-size bed. Guests will enjoy mountain and garden views in this comfortable room. Each of these Suites has a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Without a doubt, the hilltop pool terrace will be the ultimate location to enjoy your luxurious vacation experience. Two outdoor Living Rooms have been created; one poolside with a retractable awning, and another with a couch surrounded by glass panels which create a cozy niche near the house. Year-round outside Dining is warm and cozy under restaurant-style heaters. A built-in spa, plush lounge chairs, and an outdoor fire pit complete this perfect outdoor oasis.
A very unique feature of this amazing property is the established poolside Yurt. Guests will have a luxurious experience, while enjoying a sense of sleeping outside on this beautiful hilltop location. With a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and electric warming fireplace, the Yurt has all the creature comforts to make each and every guest feel right at home.
