Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, (Sleeps 6), 2.5+ Baths,

PARADISE on BEACH AND LAKE. Pinnacle Port Resort is on " 22 acres", a Gated Family Resort, on the West end of Panama City Beach and NOT on PCB strip that is packed with beach goers and traffic.

Please note we will have a 3 bedroom and 3 bath next door if you have a large group. See listing number 835314. Both condos are rented from May 27 thru Aug. 11 from Sat. to Sat.

The Resort has a very large beach. To the West of the Resort is Camp Helen State Park which gives the resort over a mile of OPEN BEACH with NO buildings, just open beach. To the East of the Resort are homes worth up to 5 million dollars, on the beach. The Resort has one large indoor/outdoor pool (heated in winter), one outdoor pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, boccie ball court, shuffle board court, kids play ground, boat launch, boat dock, water skiing, fishing off dock ($10 fee to park your trailer per week).

The master bedroom has a queen bed , new mattress, and a flat screen TV, private bath with tub/ shower. The master bedroom balcony has 4 chairs overlooking the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. There is a full bath located in the hallway.

The living room area has a queen sofa bed, love seat, recliner, chair and 42' Vizio LED HDTV with a Blue Ray Player. The living area has two sliding glass doors which open to the balcony with 4 chairs overlooks Lake Powell..

The kitchen (overlooks Lake Powell), is fully equipped for cooking as my wife is quite a cook. The kitchen table has 4 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet). A 1/2 bath is located off, the kitchen with washer and dryer.

What a wonderful view you will enjoy while sitting on the bedroom balcony, listening to the ocean waves and looking at the 'World's Most Beautiful Beach' on the Emerald Coast. Bring your boat if you enjoy fishing and catch Speckled Trout, Red fish and Flounder. Lake Powell is a salt water lake with an inlet to the Gulf. If you get too warm on the beach, head to the large indoor/outdoor pool to relax in the shade and enjoy the pool.

This year we will provide 4 beach chairs and umbrella on a trail basis.

If you want beach service call White Sand Beach Service phone number is 850-797-5472 or 850-717-5189. I would recommend, if you want beach service for the summer months to call and make a reservation early.

Pier Park and North Pier Park are located just 8 miles East on Hwy 98. Pier Park is a large shopping complex with major stores (Dillard's, Penny's, Target, Walmart and many specialty shops; fine restaurants (Long Horn Steak House, Jimmy Buffet's Margiritaville, Red Brick Pizza Oven, Olive Garden and many others. The park has rides for kids, and a large Movie complex.

We have Winn Dixie, Publix grocery stores and CVS Pharmacy located just walking distance from the condo.

Beach nourishment (sand pumped from the Gulf of Mexico by the U.S Corp) at Pinnacle Port will be completed by the end March 2017.. This will add about 25 MORE feet to Pinnacle Port beach. What a wonderful beach to enjoy with your family.

FANTASTIC CONDO

This is a great place to stay. Pinnacle Port has been my favorite destination for many many years. I have stayed in many different units, but I really enjoyed my stay at the Taylor's' unit. It has great views and everything that you need. It was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. We had the privilege of meeting Mr. Taylor since they own the adjacent condo as well and stay there for the winter. He was so nice and hospitable. Every aspect of renting was made easy and I would definitely stay there again.

Owner's Response: The Duke's were very nice renters and had a chance to meet them. We were staying in our condo next door and they were very quite. They left the condo in very good conditions and followed the instructions in our Welcome Letter concerning departure from the condo. They are Welcome anytime.

Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great time! The beach was not crowded! Just as the owner described. This place is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. We loved the location and the quietness. The pool was awesome....both of them! The condo was great. We plan to stay here many more times in the future!

Great location, beautiful beach!

The condo was well maintained, the pool was great and the beach here is gorgeous. I loved that I could see the beach from the pool area because it allowed my pre-teens to walk the beach while I sat at the pool with my younger child. The beach & pool are literally just steps away from the elevator. The owners were very responsive and friendly in all communication, and our deposit was returned immediately. I'd love to return!

I'd stay again!

The owner is great, very nice, very available, and just a sweet man! Location is excellent if you want a peaceful stay.

The only reason I am not posting 5 stars is because the bedding in the master really needed updated. I had to remove the bedding due to stains.
