Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, (Sleeps 6), 2.5+ Baths,

PARADISE on BEACH AND LAKE. Pinnacle Port Resort is on " 22 acres", a Gated Family Resort, on the West end of Panama City Beach and NOT on PCB strip that is packed with beach goers and traffic.

Please note we will have a 3 bedroom and 3 bath next door if you have a large group. See listing number 835314.

The Resort has a very large beach. To the West of the Resort is Camp Helen State Park which gives the resort over a mile of OPEN BEACH with NO buildings, just open beach. To the East of the Resort are homes worth up to 5 million dollars, on the beach. The Resort has one large indoor/outdoor pool (heated in winter), one outdoor pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, boccie ball court, shuffle board court, kids play ground, boat launch, boat dock, water skiing, fishing off dock ($10 fee to park your trailer per week).

The master bedroom has a queen bed , new mattress, and a flat screen TV, private bath with tub/ shower. The master bedroom balcony has 4 chairs overlooking the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. There is a full bath located in the hallway.

The living room area has a queen sofa bed, love seat, recliner, chair and 42' Vizio LED HDTV with a Blue Ray Player. The living area has two sliding glass doors which open to the balcony with 4 chairs overlooks Lake Powell..

The kitchen (overlooks Lake Powell), is fully equipped for cooking as my wife is quite a cook. The kitchen table has 4 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet). A 1/2 bath is located off, the kitchen with washer and dryer.

What a wonderful view you will enjoy while sitting on the bedroom balcony, listening to the ocean waves and looking at the 'World's Most Beautiful Beach' on the Emerald Coast. Bring your boat if you enjoy fishing and catch Speckled Trout, Red fish and Flounder. Lake Powell is a salt water lake with an inlet to the Gulf. If you get too warm on the beach, head to the large indoor/outdoor pool to relax in the shade and enjoy the pool.

This year we will provide 2 beach chairs and umbrella on a trail basis.

If you want beach service call White Sand Beach Service phone number is 850-797-5472 or 850-717-5189. I would recommend, if you want beach service for the summer months to call and make a reservation early.

Pier Park and North Pier Park are located just 8 miles East on Hwy 98. Pier Park is a large shopping complex with major stores (Dillard's, Penny's, Target, Walmart and many specialty shops; fine restaurants (Long Horn Steak House, Jimmy Buffet's Margiritaville, Red Brick Pizza Oven, Olive Garden and many others. The park has rides for kids, and a large Movie complex.

We have Winn Dixie, Publix grocery stores and CVS Pharmacy located just walking distance from the condo.

Beach nourishment (sand pumped from the Gulf of Mexico by the U.S Corp) at Pinnacle Port will be completed by the end March 2017.. This will add about 25 MORE feet to Pinnacle Port beach. What a wonderful beach to enjoy with your family.

Quiet beach, beautiful views, comfy condo.

Beautiful getaway!

We loved the Condo and views. View from the living and guest bedroom of the Bay was beautiful. I can not find words to describe how amazing it was to lay in bed and look out at the beautiful Ocean view from the Master bedroom. Had just couple of tiny issues but owner quickly responded. It wasn't anything that affected our stay but appreciated the rapid response. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 visit. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice but the quick stroll to the beach was the best. Enjoyed shopping at Pinnacle Pier and had the best 3 cheese oysters at Dusty's Oyster Bar. We hope to stay at the Taylor's again. Maybe next time in their larger unit if we can get our daughter to come too! We found the property to be very nice. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for the lovely stay!!!

Top of the Line!

We stayed in unit 304 at Pinnacle Port for one wonderful week in July. The unit, the building itself, and the grounds were very clean and well-maintained. The appliances were top of the line, the unit was neat and clean, and the views from both sides of the condo were spectacular. The owners were accessible for information and were helpful in planning our stay. Pinnacle Port is close to area attractions and restaurants, but is private and not over-crowded. The area was safe and the people were friendly. I would recommend this unit to others and hope to return next year with our extended family.

Just Fine!

The beach is not crowded in this area, which is really nice. Great views from both balconies. Note that the condo is two-story, and the bedrooms are both up a flight of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. The covered pool was a great way to get out of the sun in the heat of the day. My deposit was promptly returned. Also note that the directions say it is 6 miles from the tourist information, but it was 11.5 according to our odometer. Lots of fun side trips to Seaside and Grayton Beach, and lots of good restaurants. Winn Dixie just around the corner.

Best of both views!!!

The unit was located where you can either sit on one balcony and get an ocean front view or sit on another balcony and get a wonderful view of the bay. It was so pleasant and the owners made us feel right at home. This truly was a home away from home. Everything was so neat, clean and tidy and the other guests were so friendly and pleasant. We simply had a marvelous time and hope to stay again real soon.

Like Home Away From Home

Two of our sons and their families just returned from a week in this condo and the one next door, which are owned by the same owners. They had a wonderful time. The condos are very comfortable, and the owners are in the process of doing upgrades so it is obvious they care about their properties. The mattresses are especially soft and comfortable. We had excellent communication with the owner, and he seemed eager to do everything to make our family’s stay enjoyable. The condos were adequate for our collection of young children. We recommend both these condos and their owners!
