About The Owner

I have spent 20+ years in North Idaho and know this area like the back of my hand. I love to fish and explore the outdoors, and will be more than happy to share my local knowledge with renters, i.e. fishing holes, what fish should be biting on, secret huckleberry picking spots, great mountain drives, and much more.

The Owner purchased this house in 2009

Beautiful Home!!!

  • 5 of 5

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is located in a quiet area, very close to a private beach. There was plenty of room for three families with children, it is very roomy. There is also an excellent restaurant and marina within walking distance. We found the manager of this home to be very helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely go back again!

Better than OK, But not incredible

  • 3 of 5

A large home that accommodated 10 of us nicely. The water is visible through the trees, but not really waterfront. No WI-Fi & Sandpoint is 20 miles by road or 12 by water if you have a boat. No decent restaurants within 5 miles that I'm aware of. Had a few issues with no propane(extra charge), barbecue not clean, hot water turned down etc. Property manager very helpful. Call him about any issues or watercraft rental. Lots of room for kids to run, bike etc. When this gated area is fully developed it could be 5 star. Lots to do in Sandpoint, but it is not Couer d'Alene or the Flathead Valley in Montana.
