We love the location of the Oceanside Villas with it's proximity to the beach and to Charleston. The wonderful restaurants that are within walking distance are a huge plus - not to mention the ice cream shop! The Isle of Palms enjoys a very long beach season and a lovely off season with mild winter temps.
What makes this Condo unique
We are owner managers and do not use a property management service. This allows us to serve our guests better. We are in the property often making sure everything is working and kept in good condition. We personally stay in this property with our family often and want to be comfortable here too. We love being right in the heart of Isle of Palms. This is a great walking community with restaurants, shops and other vendors just a short walk away. The Isle of Palms fishing pier is private and coded for exclusive use of the Oceanside Villas and Sea Cabins.

Beautiful Beach within walking distance
The property was very conveniently located, close enough to run into to Charleston for a day visit and far enough away to avoid crowds. We had 3 ladies and we're very comfortable but not sure it would have been good for larger parties. The owners left beach chairs, umbrella, high chair for those traveling with a baby, and other amenities for the pool/beach for travelers. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and beds comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to the beach or to a restaurant from our condo. Hoses to wash off sand were handy. Hall bath had a nice large shower and master bath had a tub for those wanted a soak. Our only complaint is that the living room furniture was not very comfortable but that is typical of the places where we have stayed.
Close to the beach. Very comfortable and kitchen had everything. The beach cart and chairs were great. The only issue was noise from neighbors walking up and down the stairs and upstairs neighbors being rowdy.

We enjoyed our stay of course didn’t spend much time in condo cause we could walk to so much but it was comfortable and clean

It was perfect
This was a last minute getaway with my adult autistic son (it was his birthday and he loves to travel) and my best friend. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with anything you might need. It was decorated nicely and felt very cozy. I would definitely stay here again.
Located on Ocean Boulevard, this condominium is just across the street from the ocean with access to the only (private) fishing pier on the Isle of Palms - a short 3 minute walk!
Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants (some with live music), local shopping, and activities. Additional shopping just over the IOP connector in Mt. Pleasant – 5 minute car ride away. Play at some of the area's finest golf courses. Enjoy the wide beaches, tidal pools, swimming in the surf, searching for star fish and sand dollars, or a little game of low tide bocce-ball.
Downtown Charleston is just 12 miles away. Learn more about this charming historic town on a horse-drawn carriage ride or tour Charleston Bay and Forte Sumter by boat.

Though we may accept less than weekly (5 night) reservations they are not guaranteed when trying to "book it now".
