About Don Dziedzina
Our Cabin Fever, LLC was established in 2016. Owners, Don, Judy and Lisa Dziedzina fell in love with this Northwoods, outdoor destination and the Wildcat Lodge many years ago. Big Kitten, Little Kitten and Wildcat Lakes have been host to many Illinois Outdoors TV shows produced by Don, recording them with his daughter Lisa and several local guides. Even though the title of Don's show is Illinois Outdoors, the scope of the show is to show viewers not only local fishing haunts, but also fishing destinations that are often enjoyed by the Chicago market. Woods and Waters TV Show has also been recorded on our lakes. Talk to business owners in Boulder Junction and you'll meet many who are from the greater Chicagoland area. Although we're all from Chicago, Don's Mom was born in northern Wisconsin. Don and his wife Judy spent many summers growing up in the Northwoods with our families. Judy loves the serenity of the area and Don and Lisa enjoy the great fishing for crappie, bass, walleye and muskie on Wildcat and Kitten Lakes.

Why Don Dziedzina chose Boulder Junction
Cabin Fever is located just off a main County Highway, County M and only 4 miles north of Boulder Junction. Miles and Miles of groomed snowmobile trails and paved Bike Trails can be reached from our cabin door. This gives visitors a truly Northwoods experience with all the comforts of home near by. We're located about 25 minute north of Minocqua. So nothing is sacrificed when it comes to northern Wisconsin. Fishing and hunting, outdoors entertainment, hot dog stands, ice cream parlors, fine dining and northwoods supper clubs are all here. In MInocqua you can find American, Mexican, Chinese, fast food favorites, even some really good BBQ dining. There are many family enjoyed attractions in MInocqua and Woodruff too. Want to go Zip Lining? You can do it up here. Want to see a movie? Lakeland CInema is a 6 screen theater in Woodruff, about 20 minutes away. How about visiting a Wildlife Zoo. Having 194 lakes all within about 10 miles from Boulder Jct., you can always find a place to fish.
What makes this Cabin unique
There are many unique things that make staying at our cabin a pleasure for you if you're here for the fishing, hunting, or wanting a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Hi Don, thanks again for a wonderful stay at Cabin Fever. We had a great time. Fall colors are almost at peak, fish we’re moving into their fall patterns. Water temperature dropped 5 degrees during our week. We enjoyed the area restaurants, Smokey’s, Martys up North, Irish palace in Manitowish all very good. Randy & Debbie
