Cancellations require a 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for a refund, less a $50 booking fee. For cancellations within 7 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, less any value 3rd Street Flats is able to recoup by rebooking the flat. No refunds for flats not re-rented. Failure to give notice for a cancellation will result in full charge for reservation.
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. You will be charged for your stay the day of your arrival. There is no additional charge for cleaning and no deposits are required.
Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

3rd Street Flats has two locations in the heart of Historic Downtown McMinnville, just three blocks from one another in what is easily the two best locations in Oregon's wine country. In 2010 we renovated four flats in the Historic McMinnville Bank, and in 2014 renovated seven more flats in the Odd Fellows Lodge. Both locations are in easy walking distance of 13 wineries, three craft brewers, a plethora of bars, award winning restaurants and fabulous boutiques.
There are 200 wineries within a 20 minute drive in any direction of 3rd Street Flats two Historic Downtown McMinnville locations, making it impossible to visit them all without a VERY extended stay. Downtown McMinnville has fun festivals throughout the year. June through October there is a Farmer's Market on Thursdays on the street below the flats at the Historic McMinnville Bank location.

About the owner: Erin Stephenson and Brian Shea are avid travelers. They have loved experiencing Europe by staying in historic apartments. From Poland to Portugal and many places in between, we have rented apartments on a nightly basis and LOVED the independence, and the feeling that we were a part of the community, rather than a mere observer. We decided that we wanted to bring this style of accommodations to downtown McMinnville, and allow tourists in our own community enjoy travel the way we do, through a mixture of independence and hospitality.

We decided to start 3rd Street Flats to help give tourist a truly local experience--to allow them to live life in Downtown McMinnville like a local, experiencing the best that the Willamette Valley has to offer.
