Amazing property!

We came for two nights and were very impressed by the cleanliness, decor and warmth of the condo. It had everything we could need! The property itself was amazing as was the overall Village. Thank you to John for renting out this amazing condo!

Great location with modern amenities

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I have stayed at this location for a week in July in 2013 and 2014. We find the location and modern amenities exactly what we are looking for in our visit to Traverse City. We bring our bicycles to bike around town which takes about 5 or 10 minutes depending on how fast you like to pedal. There is ample bike storage on site to lock up your bikes at night. There is also a no hassle parking lot in the unit just for the owners/guests, so parking was never an issue. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. There's plenty of room for the two of us. A larger group (mom, dad, kids) could make things work with the fold out couch or an aerobed in the living room area. There is also a deck area this unit has access to if you want to use it for relaxing while you have a cup of coffea/tea or a glass of wine. We used the kitchen for cooking breakfast and loaded up the refrigerator for lunch items and beverages. Elevator on-site so you don't have to worry about only using the stairs. On site there are restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars to check out. John is great to deal with and good with communications (email, phone, text). We really enjoy the location, unit, and the experience of working with John.

Great condo

  • 4 of 5

My parents stayed at this condo and loved it! John is extremely kind and accommodating showing them around and providing what they needed. The updated kitchen and amenities were wonderful! The location was beautiful and the shopping and restaurants in the Mercato were fun and convenient. They had a great time! Thank you for making their stay so welcoming and warm!

This is such an interesting and historic property with so many unique attributes. The restoration project has upgraded the building to modern day standards, while successfully preserving many of the historic elements. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable, smartly decorated, with every amenity and lots of storage space. Parking is convenient, as are the shops/restaurants on premises. John was very accommodating and helpful with lots of suggestions for wineries, restaurants, etc. Thank you, John, for sharing your property...we had an outstanding experience in every respect!

We really enjoyed our stay at John's condo in the Village Commons. It had everything we needed for our stay. Staying at this historic landmark was so much fun. It was very quiet and peacefull. Lots of things to do everywhere in and around Traverse City.

Loved our stay

  • 5 of 5

Great location with access to shops and dining within the unique complex. Condo was very clean and efficient. We loved the decor and balcony that overlooks the fountain in the courtyard below. The location provides an easy in and out of town being near main roads. There was lots of storage and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely be back.
