Living room with Large 52' Flat Screen TV with cable TV and a Blu-Ray player and 2 sleeper couches. The kitchen is fully furnished, the dining area has seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 just steps away in the breakfast nook. Each bedroom has King Size beds, flat screen TV's with DVR's as well as their own private decks. The Master Bath has two sinks, a jacuzzi bath as well as separate shower. No expense was spared in decorating this home.
Hello my name is Leanne Simoes Sandlin. I have lived on our family farm most all of my life in Tipton, CA. I am a mother of 4 married to David Sandlin, a wonderful loving man. Throughout the years, I have stayed actively involved with our farm, my kids, their sport activities, School Parent Clubs, our Church as well as our local Town Council and Chamber of Commerce Board. To say the least, I have stayed plenty busy. I started my vacation rental business in 1997 and purchased the Beach Comber Inn also in Pismo Beach in 2005. I take great pride in this business that I have built and feel very blessed that God has given me this opportunity.

As a child, the only vacation we could only take was a day trip to Pismo Beach. It has always been a dream of mine to own a home in Pismo Beach. I feel truly blessed to own rental property in Pismo Beach, and doubly blessed that I can share them with other vacationers.
From the moment that I walked into the entry of this home I fell in love with it. I love its spaciousness, Ocean Views and ideal floorplan. I started with bare walls when I purchased this property, I was able to put everything into this rental that one looks for in their own home. Whether you are watching TV on the 52' flat screen in the living room or soaking in the jacuzzi tub in the Master Bath, it is such a wonderful place to retreat to.
This place is incredible. Far exceeded our expectations. We stayed with our family of 6 and it was perfect. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and the downtown shops, but on a quiet street. The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated with very comfortable furnishings. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be coming again!
Great vacation! The condo is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could need! The underground parking was especially nice since we were there during spring break. Even it is a few blocks off the beach, it was quiet at night - a real plus especially since we have 2 small kids. There is so much to do around the area and the neighbors are friendly and offered a ton of ideas for day trips, etc...Leanne, the owner is awesome! Helpful, accommodating and wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again!

Peaktime, Holiday & Summer rates, Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend, 3 night minimum stay. Rents nightly $285, weekly $1700, no monthly. Off Season Rates, Winters (non-holiday periods) $250 per night, $1500 per week and $2900 per month.
Upon confirming your stay, a $100 towards your stay is due, 30 days prior to your arrival, the remaining funds are due. Your $100 deposit is refundable up until 61 days prior to your stay, paid rents are non refundable less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We do accept Visa and Mastercard.
