Your $100 deposit is refundable up until 61 days prior to your stay, paid rents are non refundable less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We do accept Visa and Mastercard.

About the owner: Hello my name is Leanne Simoes Sandlin. I have lived on our family farm most all of my life in Tipton, CA. I am a mother of 4 married to David Sandlin, a wonderful loving man. Throughout the years, I have stayed actively involved with our farm, my kids, their sport activities, School Parent Clubs, our Church as well as our local Town Council and Chamber of Commerce Board. To say the least, I have stayed plenty busy. I started my vacation rental business in 1997 and purchased the Beach Comber Inn also in Pismo Beach in 2005. I take great pride in this business that I have built and feel very blessed that God has given me this opportunity.
