Perfect for our needs

  • 5 of 5

Our son lives just a few blocks away, so the proximity was perfect. The walk up is just a few minutes walk from Montague St. that is home to a variety of restaurants, drug stores, and grocery. We plan to stay again.

Brooklyn Heights Gem

  • 5 of 5

Pierrepont is the perfec place to recharge after a busy day of sightseeing. This was a repeat visit to the Pierrepont Studios. My husband and I rented the South Studio in March. My friends and I rented both apartments in October for a girls’ weekend. Howard is a gracious host, very easy to work with. The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but many amazing restaurants, cafes and bakeries are within walking distance. Manhattan is a short subway ride away.

Comfortable apartment, Great location!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed here for a week in Sept. 2017, 3rd floor brownstone, no lift. The apartment isn't fancy, but just fine. Everything was in good working order. The apartment had good light, and it was quiet. It also has A/C. The kitchen is small, with a small fridge, microwave, and hot plate, no oven. Kitchen and bath supplies were provided. Good communication with the landlord and his assistant. The neighborhood is safe and very nice. Lots of good, small, local restaurants, only a 2 minute walk to the East River Promenade, a 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, and 5 minutes to the subway. For the price, it's a great deal!

Comfortable, convenient and quiet

  • 5 of 5

This studio apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our children (ages 6 and 8) easily shared the futon, and the kitchen was well-equipped to serve up meals. We walked to a nearby grocery store and ate at neighborhood restaurants. There's a list of recommendations in the studio. Transportation into Manhattan is easily accessible. And, there are many activities in Brooklyn to choose from too. Brooklyn Bridge Park was a big hit with our family. We will definitely check with Howard first to see if his studio is available before our next trip to New York.
