Amazing stay!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood centrally located to restaurants and the subway. The townhouse was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Howard ( the owner) was very helpful in planning our trip. We would stay here again!!

Lovely studio & perfect NYC spot!

  • 5 of 5

We (2 adults, 1 child) really enjoyed our stay. The studio is a third-floor walk up looking towards the back of the house. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. It was lovely to adventure out each morning and return to the ease and quiet of this studio, which is a block from the Promenade, and a short walk to the subway and coffee, restaurants, shops. We look forward to returning before long!

Lovely house in a gorgeous neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

The 3 of us stayed in this comfortable Brooklyn Heights studio due to an event we were attending in Brooklyn. It had plenty of amenities for our short stay - a large queen size bed, a queen size pull out couch, a kitchenette, small seating area, and a bathroom. The neighborhood is full of similar turn of the century homes, has nearby restaurants, shops and cafes, and is close to Manhattan. The Promenade is just 2 blocks away and offers spectacular views of the New York skyline. There were some flaws, though, as the cleaning could have been more thorough. Also, the apartment becomes cramped once the couch is pulled out for sleeping. The shower is strong, but is located in the middle of the bath tub.

Live like a New Yorker

  • 5 of 5

If you have ever wondered what it would be like to live in an efficiency apartment, in a great neighborhood, with an excellent landlord, then this is the place you want to stay. Pierrepont is one of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn Heights, just one subway stop Manhattan. The apartment is small, but has everything one would need. A queen size bed graces the place with plenty of storage to hang and store your clothes. The kitchen is adequate with a nice refrigerator, microwave, French press, and a hot plate for adventurous chefs. However, to really get the New York experience one needs to go out to eat. Montague Street, the next street over, has some great restaurants including

Montegue bagels, Theresa’s, and the Heights Cafe. The River Cafe, a short walk away, is consistently ranked as one of the best restaurants in the Tri-Borough area. The landlord is on premise and is attentive and professional. Stay a week or two at the extremely reasonable price points and live like a New Yorker.

Perfect for our needs

  • 5 of 5

Our son lives just a few blocks away, so the proximity was perfect. The walk up is just a few minutes walk from Montague St. that is home to a variety of restaurants, drug stores, and grocery. We plan to stay again.

Brooklyn Heights Gem

  • 5 of 5

Pierrepont is the perfec place to recharge after a busy day of sightseeing. This was a repeat visit to the Pierrepont Studios. My husband and I rented the South Studio in March. My friends and I rented both apartments in October for a girls’ weekend. Howard is a gracious host, very easy to work with. The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but many amazing restaurants, cafes and bakeries are within walking distance. Manhattan is a short subway ride away.
