Our building, Carriage House Condominiums, has many security and safety features. Sixteen video surveillance cameras monitor the parking lot, entrance doors, and many other areas. A fire sprinkler system and code-compliant smoke detection system, as well as fire doors, are all present. Access to the building is controlled by a security code system, with each unit issued a unique code.
The owner is a retired Wisconsin Fire Chief and current professional ski instructor in Park City. Prior to purchasing a vacation home in the area in 2014, his condo served as his home away from home during the ski season. With demand for our unit high and very positive reviews, we now rent it throughout the year.
The unit earned a 'gold' rating when it was listed by a property management company, and has modern appliances with ice-maker, a 32' inch flat screen TV, and PREMIUM QUALITY LACROSSE QUEEN, EXTRA LONG SOFA BED WITH 7' MATTRESS! The California KING BED is high-quality.

A large, newly-renovated shared hot tub adjacent to the pool on the first floor is the perfect place to soothe muscles and share ski stories after a spectacular day in Utah's legendary snow, or after exploring the wonderful summer environment. The large outdoor pool is heated to 88 degrees during the winter, and 78 during the summer. A grill fired by natural gas is available on the pool deck year-round.
Ski boots can be worn to the mountain, as the FREE TRANSIT BUS picks you up a half block away and drops you off very close to the lifts at Deer Valley and Vail's Park City Mountain, now combined with Canyons Resort to create America's largest ski area at 7300 acres. From there, you can ride the Quicksilver Gondola to the Canyons area. If you prefer to go directly to the people-moving gondola at Canyons base, it is about a 15-minute bus ride.
A boot dryer is supplied in the unit, as are a humidifier, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
The condo is ideal for a summer or fall stay, as it has a modern, full-service air conditioning system, and is in an ideal location for access to trail riding, tennis courts, and all that Park City offers.
The bus system is outstanding, with three different lines serving nearby stops, including an express route to downtown. Once you get to Carriage House from the airport via a shuttle, a rental car is an unnecessary expense.
