Cozy, adorable, spotless!❤️

  • 5 of 5

This tiny cottage has it all. Charm, great location, CLEAN. We loved our weeklong stay here. Melissa is an attentive host and wants everything to be just right...and it was. My husband and our two young boys and I thought it was fabulous. Thank you Melissa for making our week so wonderful. All the little details were very much appreciated!

Everything anyone could need!

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was perfect for a couple to stay comfortably. It was clean, well decoarated and felt secure and private. We were surprised how big the property was compared to similar rentals we have had in Maine. We had very good communication with Melissa and the whole rental process went smoothly.

The property was top notch. It was clean and had everything we needed

We loved the fenced in yard. We could let our 4 year old and 2 year old just play in the yard without worrying about them. The small town had great ice cream shops and breakfast.

Owner's Response: We are sorry the cottage did not meet your expectations. However, we take great pride of ownership in our property. We pay special attention to detail and we make customer service a priority when staying with us. We are quick to respond when something is called to our attention. This would be our very first negative review since purchasing the cottage. We feel our other reviews speak for themselves. Perhaps a 5 star hotel might be best rather than a vacation rental property.

Cute and Cozy Cape Cod Get-Away!

  • 4 of 5

This little cottage was a great mid-cape location for us since we had never been to the cape before and it offered a central location for easy exploration. Favorite perks were how helpful Melisa was in helping to chose excursions for the week, the beautiful beaches of Dennis and the washer and dryer (it was so handy to have to use throughout the week)! The décor is perfect for the cape and literally comes with everything you would need - even the beach towels!!

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Centrally located near all Dennis beaches.

Clean and quaint cottage. Perfect for a family. Large yard with a nice fire pit. Shed was loaded with beach equipment, bikes, and other recreational items. Unit had A/C and new TV's. Property was private and secure. Would highly recommend it and would consider booking it again if we return to the Cape.
