Fully Furnished Air Conditioned, 4 Bedroom Two Storey Holiday House with private jetty. Close to town. Dog Allowed: OUTSIDE ONLY

You must experience waking up in a spacious airconditioned waterfront home. Holidaying in a four bedroom property like this one will make it hard to go home. The main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the water. Two more bedrooms plus a three way bathroom are also upstairs. Downstairs is another bathroom and fourth bedroom with a king bed. Situated on a quiet part of the keys, but still within walking distance from the shops, pub and clubs making it easier for when you've run out of ...milk! Two living rooms, one with a slow combustion wood heater, and the one at the rear of the house opens onto the patio, and fully fenced childproof backyard, both having the best views so you can relax and unwind, enjoying a BBQ and a few quiet drinks. There is even the use of a cot and high chair, all you need do is ask! Moor your boat at your very own wharf complete with a kitchen sink, for when you land the 'catch of the day!' NO drive through boat access.

Upon bookingwe require a security depositplus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
