Ashevilla has a few features that make it a unique home. The 2 swing front porch and the lovely three season room off the back of the house were unexpected, but lovely features to the property. Walking distance to the Biltmore Village area with breweries, shopping and restaurants is a huge attraction as well! It was well equipped with necessities and a roomy space. We gave it 4 stars because it wasn't as clean as we are used to in a rental and it could use a refresh of worn out linens. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and very accomodating.
This was a great location for a girl's weekend. The house was very clean and worked out perfectly for us. Brian was great to work with. He's very responsive!
Would absolutely rent again
Walk to downtown biltmore village.Very clean, warm home. Tons of sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels. All the necessities you could need in a kitchen. Very child friendly, with toys and a pack and play! Great place.
Cute, heart of action but off the beaten path
It is a lovely property, set back out of the action but still close enough to everything. We adored the back porch, glass windows so we could eat Thanksgiving dinner (for 14) and enjoy the surrounding property. The wood work art pieces are fabulous, and reclaimed pieces make the home very unique and charming. I gave it 3 stars only because it was slightly less clean then we would have liked. But, a bit of sweeping & dusting made the kids stay clean longer. Kid friendly with the available toys. First floor bedroom stayed cooler than the upstairs bedrooms. We would stay here again, knowing it accommodated us all; and the location.
Cozy house in Biltmore Village
We loved this quaint little house in Biltmore Village, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Had great meals at the Cantina and Village Wayside nearby. Lots of space for two couples, a great front porch and a clean, well equipped kitchen. Not too far from downtown Asheville. Brian was prompt and helpful in all his correspondence. Lots of magazines, maps and brochures to help us make plans.
Be sure to drive on The Blue Ridge Parkway, hike if you can and see some waterfalls. The Biltmore was interesting and worth a visit. Downtown Asheville is unique. And we really enjoyed a walk through the River Arts District.
Adorable cottage in a fantastic location!!
My sister and I loved the cottage! It is in a perfect and very safe location. We loved all of the artwork and furniture made by the owner, Brian. It had all the comforts of home. Even though you are in the heart of downtown, the wooded lot gives the illusion of being in the country. It was the best of both worlds. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks Brian.
