Tämä 2008 ominaisuus on 3-kerroksinen talo näkymät Lake Michigan. Järvinäköala on nähtävä uskominen. Kaikissa huoneissa on komentava näkymä. Viikkovuokraus lauantaista lauantaihin. Vuokraamme osittaisia viikkoja 2018 syksyllä. Palauteta vakuusmaksu 650 dollaria. 00 vaaditaan.

4 täysikokoista modernia makuuhuonetta (4 makuuhuoneessa on parvi kolmannessa kerroksessa, jossa on kuningatar ja kaksi erillistä patjaa, upea makuuhuone, josta on näkymät suoraan järvelle ja kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on queen-patjat). Liinavaatteet käytettävissä 10 hengelle. Ylimääräiset henkilöt voivat käyttää kuningatar ilmapatja (mukana) tai makuupussit. On 4 täysikokoista kaakeloitu kylpyhuone. Paljon tilaa vaeltaa ympäri.

Perhehuoneessa on toisessa kerroksessa on suora näköala rannalle. Paljon tilaa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa kannella. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on 600 m² jalkaa jyrkät näkymä rannalle ja Lake. Hinnat sisältävät kaikki verot ja siivousmaksu!

Bad experience with host's wife in the end.

We arrived on Saturday, the 24th, at 7:25 PM. We drove up from Kansas City, a more than 10-hour drive, when you account for the time change. Robin, the host's wife, graciously met us at the door to walk us through the property and show us how things worked. The property was so comfortable and cozy, we basically lived on the second level next to the master bedroom, we called it "our pod"! ;) We began getting ready to leave at 8:45 on the day we were to check out, with a "10AM SHARP" checkout time. We thought we were making good time getting things out to our car to leave, but Robin arrived at 9:45, and I panicked. I went out to ask her where the detergent for the laundry was, and she rolled her window down and gave me a glowering look. "It's TIDE! Just TIDE!" she yelled at me. I was so nervous, I spilled the detergent all over my hand pouring it in. We left at 9:58 AM. We pulled out and tried to wave at her going by, but she had her head down in her truck. John, her husband, was great with regards to communication. I think he should be the forward-face of this property from now on. We left the house the same as it was when we arrived.

Beautiful, big house on the beach

This home worked so well for our week in South Haven. We had adults, teens and a baby in our group and everyone loved this place. The house is well appointed and clean and you cannot beat the glorious location. The owners were great to work with.

Very Unfriendly Property Manager

My wife and I have been renting houses with our family for 20 years and we also own a rental property in FL so we know the routine inside and out. We have never been treated so rudely like we did today when checking out. Robin-Wife pf property Manager was standing at our door at 10am sharp and she was very angry. We tried talking to her and she just snapped back. We drove away at 10:05. It was very uncomfortable for my whole family including my 76 yr. old mother who witnessed the entire awkward exchange. The house was left just like we found it, nothing damaged and a load of towels was laundered, and another load started. We were truly left there feeling very uncomfortable.

Great Vacation Spot

Just wanted to say thank you to the owner for a nice beach getaway. It was the 1st time a host has met us at the location and showed us the ropes so to speak. Very kind and a nice touch. Beautiful views and everything needed for a nice long stay. We only needed food and clothes. Fully stocked in every way. My family of 8 really had a great time and enjoyed the use of all the beach chairs, and amenities' available. The only drawback in my opinion is because it's directly on the beach the teenagers and high schoolers congregate seemingly right across the street nightly and can be a little loud. However, they usually take off around 11pm curfew I suppose as Police come through generally nightly. Other than that, we couldn't have drawn up a better spot to relax and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets God created. Thank you again for letting us use your home. MIchael

Perfect location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at 36 lake shore! Location was everything- we have been coming to SoHa annually for several years and this place exceeded our expectations! We spend our days on North Beach where our kids enjoy playing. It was so nice being able to walk out front door and on to beach. House is spacious and has all of the amnenities needed. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. Another high light —no need to pack/bring beach chairs, toys, umbrella— this place has it ALL! Will definitely be staying here again !! Thanks to the hosts !!

Perfectly located home that accommodated 6 adults and 4 children well. Great location on the beach with ample deck space for enjoying the great sunsets. Prime oceanfront property

We had an amazing family trip thanks to the wonderful hosts and this amazing house. The set up was great for our family with 5 adults and 3 kids - would’ve been room for more! The windows were very picturesque and you can’t get any closer to the beach and playground. Well stocked with everything we could need. Great communication. We are hoping to return next year!

Wonderful experience

The house was beautiful, roomy, and very well equipped. The location was great for fireworks, beach visits,and watching sunsets. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very responsive. We asked questions before the reservation, between the reservation and our visit, and during our visit; they were consistently available and helpful. Robin explained everything at check in that we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this wonderful house and its delightful owners.

Very nice property and amenities. Everything in good shape. Easy check in and check out.Excellent view of beach. Only possible recommendation maybe some newer furniture in second floor TV great room in the future.Still a 5 star rating.

Great House and Location

We stayed at the house with our 3 kids. Great location. Easy to get to the beach and nice to have a playground right there. We used the outdoor spaces a lot. Short drive to downtown (or walk if you don’t have little kids with you). The sunset views were amazing every night!

Truly Wonderful

Everything was excellent from communication with John & Robin to check-in to the vacation. This home is well taken care of. Plenty of towels and everything you need for the beach. I was worried about being so close to the beach with small children (ages 1-4) but they loved going to the playground and playing in the sand near the house or hanging on the decks. Perfect location. Already booking for next year.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our daughters & spouses, grandchildren, & great-grandchildren. This home was spacious enough for our group. We loved the 3 decks! The high deck chairs were everyone's favorite. Robin met us at check-in & walked us through the house, explained a few things, & answered questions. She responded promptly the one time I needed to reach out. Beautiful home. Great location. Thanks for making our celebration with the family perfect!

Great place and location right on North Beach

Right on the North Beach, this is a great place obviously very convenient to the lake. You get to see all of its personalities as the weather and the beach warning flags change throughout the day. It’s also a great place for people or boat watching from the three decks. The house has a two car garage, which is really nice since parking can otherwise be a challenge on North Beach as parking, especially overnight parking, is limited. FYI, the garage driveway is too small to park extra cars. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped, if you like to cook, as we do. There is also a nice gas grill on the 1st floor porch. The owners provide just about everything you might need for the beach experience: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, blankets, toys, body boards, and even a fat wheeled wagon to haul all that stuff onto the beach. The place is quite roomy, easily accommodating my daughter, son-in-law and two young granddaughters on the third floor loft with its own bathroom. That left the three 2nd floor bedrooms for my other daughter and son, who shared a bathroom. Then there is the master with its own bathroom. And remember that this is a BEACH bouse. You will encounter some sand on the wood floors, and even add to it yourself, although there is a faucet and hose in the garage to spray off most of the sand, but there is simply no way around tracking sand into the house. So, you’ll need to sweep regularly while you are there. That’s not a knock on the owners. It’s a fact of life on the beach. Oh, and you’ll want to especially sweep out the garage from the sand tracked in by your car tires. The garage floor is nicely polished concrete, but with any sand on it, it becomes quite slippery, especially as you exit your vehicle. The owners have a nice garage broom right there. Downtown is only a 1.5 mile walk. Parking can be difficult there too. Finally, the place is also convenient to Bunde’s Bakery where you’ll find incredibly buttery, flaky breakfast pastries and coffee. The staff there is very friendly and efficient. And if you just need a few items and don’t want to venture all the way to one of the big grocery stores (Meijer’s), there is a small convenience store, North Side Memories Party Store near North Shore Dr and Dyckman, where you can pick up beer, wine, soft drinks, limited groceries and deli stuff. Surprisingly, I didn’t see a resort town markup on their liquor/beer/wine.

This beautiful rental property is directly on North Beach in the middle of Lakeshore Drive. We rent Saturday to Saturday during the Summer season. Off season you can rent for a minimum of 3 -4 days. North Beach is one of the extensive and beautiful pure sand beach in the Midwest. It is a short hop to the water with plenty of activities on the beach, including jungle gyms, beach volleyball, concession stand at the far end of the beach, piers for walking and fishing, and close to downtown. The 3 stories allow you magnificent views of the beach and Lake Michigan, yet provide intimacy and privacy for indoor activities.
