This house is located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is on the ocean block so you are just steps away from the boardwalk and ocean. This makes for easy back and forth between the house and beach. It is located at the south end of the Boardwalk -- approximately a 10-15 minute (half mile) walk to the center of Rehoboth.
This house had a nearly complete makeover in 2010. New woods floors on the first floor, tile floor in bathrooms and carpeting upstairs. Fresh paint and window treatments. Bathrooms and kitchen brand new.
There are spacious front and back porches which make for plenty of space to relax for adults and kids to play.
There is an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach and a small back yard with a gas grill.
There is off street parking. The driveway easily accommodates two cars and a third can be squeezed in at the top of the circular driveway if necessary. There is no parking on Queen street between 12pm midnight an 6am during the summer. Parking passes are necessary to park in town.
First floor includes a master bedroom with king bed. There is a shared adjoining bath. There is a laundry room, living room, kitchen, and front and rear porches on the first floor.
Eat-in, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, oven & ceramic top stove.
Second floor floor includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
We provide internet access, TVs in each bedroom, and books, movies, Wii, and games.
Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00pm. Check out is 10:00am.
We pride ourselves on keeping our home extremely clean and well equipped with everything you may need for a fun-filled, relaxing beach vacation.

About The Conway Family
Our parents built this beach house in 1983. Two brothers and two sisters now own and managed this house. Our family has grown through the years but we still manage to get together for a family reunion each year ocean side. We have many happy memories growing up in Rehoboth Beach and are sure your family will make great memories in our home.

Why The Conway Family chose South Rehoboth
Our family has been coming to Rehoboth Beach for three decades. As children, we spent our summers life guarding at pools, dishing out ice cream & running amusement rides. When we out grew our first home, our parents built and moved us into this home. A few years back, we decided that we wanted to keep this house in the family so that our children could enjoy the same experiences we had as children.
What makes this House unique
You can see both Silver Lake and the dunes of the Ocean from the front yard of this house. It makes it convenient to come and go from the beach. We are located at the south end of the Boardwalk -- a 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to the heart of Rehoboth. Close enough to be convenient, yet removed from much of the late night noise and bustle.

Couldn't ask for a better location!
Having stayed in Dewey the last few times in houses that felt like Girl Scout cabins, being in an actual house was a treat! We were a block away from Dewey, so we could still walk the dog on the beach every morning AND we could walk to downtown Rehoboth either by pleasant neighborhood streets or on the boardwalk. We were so sad when our week was over. And not just because I forgot to pack all my bath products in the shower. :) If you like the ability to stroll both to the beach (you could throw a stone to it) and town, you couldn't ask for a better location. The neighborhood is gorgeous (it is also near the lake) to walk around as well with bazillions of birds to watch. The front sun porch was perfect for evening cocktails, reading and relaxing. And we had a rabbit in our front yard every morning - for what more could you ask?
Great home... wonderful location
Our family, all adults, had a great time at this lovely home in Rehoboth. The location is super, being just a few houses from the boardwalk and beach, and right next to picturesque Silver Lake. The open floor plan on the main level was a huge plus, and there is also a second family room off the back of the house. That room was great as a quiet reading room or to fire up Netflix. The bedrooms were nice and big and there were even more bedrooms that we didn't use! The only thing that is keeping me from giving the property all 5 stars is the lack of any real outdoor space. There are some great ocean breezes and it would would have been nice to enjoy them in an open-air porch. But, the home overall was wonderful and the owners were really great to work with. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!
Close to the beach, quiet secluded neighborhood
We had nine adults, one teen, and four preschoolers. The house is an older one but very comfortable and just right if your family mix is like ours. The boardwalk attractions in downtown Rehoboth are only a half mile walk away, but the beach is not crowded at all where the house is.
The only negative is that parking on the property can be tight if your vehicles are larger. Street parking requires a pass. The owners will provide one for you and additional ones can be purchased from the city. However, you will have to park overnight on a nearby cross street. Parking not allowed on Queen St. from midnight to 6:00 am.
The owners are very easy to deal with.
Enjoy Rehoboth this summer!
I rented this home for one week last season with my children and grandchildren. We did not have any problems and enjoyed our week. As a result of that visit, I have extended the trip for two weeks this year.
The photos and description of the property are accurate and the proximity to the beach is convenient for all. The house was in good condition when we arrived.
We were able to walk and ride bikes into town for dinners and amusements. The children loved Jungle Jim's Water Park!
My family and I arrived at 4 Queen Street for our Spring Break Vacation the week of April 14th. We fell in love with the home instantly! The location is ideal (3rd house in from the beach and boardwalk), quiet street, and Silver Lake is to the left of the house less than 1 block away! We were able to walk into town in 7 minutes via the boardwalk and shop Main Avenue, fufill our chocolate cravings with Candy Kitchen, and my brother and I got our morning work out runs of 2 miles done in the morning right on the beach!
There are four bedrooms, and the rooms have either 2 beds/queen/king, television in each room, lots of closet space, and you can open your window and feel the cool ocean breeze! The family of the home left TONS of board games and have a beach guide ready for us with reccomendations of thier favorite local spots (Nicola pizza is amazing and we think better than Grotto's!) Internet Passwords, and numbers to call if we needed anything. They were extremely accommodating, although we never had an issue.
Both the front and back porch are also spacious, and great for some quiet time. There are tons of Books left for the renters. I'm a huge John Grisham fan so I was ecstatic when I saw the collection for the renters!
We will certainly be renting again this summer! LOVE this house and Rehoboth Beach!
We planned a family reunion and were lucky to find this property. My family loved the house, loved the location. The house is older but is nicely updated. We had six kids and four adults and fit easily. The owners were wonderful, despite us changing our dates twice. They were very responsive and friendly. Communication was prompt and effortless. The house was clean and comfortable. We are booked to return, primarily because we had such an easy rental experience and wonderful time last year. Four houses to the beach ! We call it our best kept secret!
I am surprised to see a negative review. We had an entirely opposite experience. I spoke with both the male and female owners that are referenced and they couldn't be nicer. The furniture and beds were great. We have absolutely no complaints at all. Our deposit was returned promptly and although we want to keep it to ourselves, I must recommend this rental house and experience as excellent.
