Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
My family drove out from Minnesota to join us for Christmas. It was fun exploring the coast from this base of operations! We were overjoyed at how well stocked the house was, the view of the ocean was amazing, and the layout made it easy for us all to be together but still have plenty of space to spread out. My 6 year old niece made the upstairs nook her "princess tower".
The house has a few quirks, such as limited hot water at one time, but the overall charm only added to our experience.
Me and my wife had an amazing weekend away from the kids. The house was very quiet with no one to bother us. Overall i would say this was an amazing house. Thank you.
Me and my wife had a little getaway from the kids this weekend and it was exactly what we needed. This home is very quiet with no one to bother us. It also had amazing views throughout the whole house. Overall it was a spectacular house. Me and my wife were very pleased. Thank you.
For the price, this is a tremendous deal! We were pleasantly surprised at the panoramic views from almost every single room. Be prepared to climb many many stairs as this house has six levels.
The houses furniture was extremely outdated and old, but that was fine for us as we had kids. The dark paneling on the walls made the inside dark , but the views were amazing.
We would definitely stay here again because the price was right!
Absolutely loved the views, however inside the walls are all outdated shabby dark paneling except the little cubby room upstairs. Our family of 6 hung out in the little room because it was cozy and seemed newer than rest of the house.
Very spacious home, 6 levels in all, so be prepared to climb lots of steps!
This property would accommodate a good sized group and is well located. Rockaway is an ideal location to enjoy much of the Northern Oregon Coast. The house comes well equipped with appliances, dishes and cookware. We brought many things from home that we could have just as well left behind.
The house has a lot of charm and an amazing view. The staircases could be challenging to older guests or those with limited mobility.
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously!
