Excellent Modern Retreat!!

First, the property was made available in short notice and the owner was more than pleasant to work with through the entire process. The space was well kept, clean, and very stylish. We were entertaining several guests while family was in town and we found the space more than ideal for a quaint dinner with a group of 8+ people.

There was other wonderful and unexpected features that came with the property. A beautiful private outdoor paved space with a fire pit, wood, and fire starter. Along with a number of blankets and throws that kept the space comfy and warm. The proximity to downtown is also a nice plus.

Everything was very clean. Given the unique artwork and stylish appeal of furnishings, plus the open floor plan, I'd highly recommend this space to anyone.

Great home in an awesome neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time during our week at Peter's place. The house itself was very spacious and the location was perfect for exploring all the different neighborhoods in Denver. We didn't spend too much time at the house but when we did, it was mostly outside on the huge patio around the fire. The beds were comfortable and we always had plenty of hot water. We didn't ever use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything one would need and the living room had a very comfy sectional sofa. The street the house is on is very quiet and the neighborhood was really cute and felt extremely safe. There are several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance and we never rode more than 10-15 minutes in an Uber (plentiful) to get anywhere in Denver. For comparison, the neighborhood had similar vibes to the near east side of Austin (our hood). Interaction with the owner was great and we'd definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay

Family spent an entire in Denver exploring. The house is in a happening residential neighborhood, with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. it's a roomy space with every convenience. The parking at first looks tight but not once did we have any trouble finding a place to park. The owner was very helpful with my annoying questions.

Excellent Denver vacation home

This North Denver is in a vibrant neighborhood of older homes and new construction. It is perfect for a couple or small family, with two bedrooms and huge, comfortable sofas. The outdoor patio is wonderfully tranquil. The kitchen, dining room and laundry allow relaxation at home, and the proximity to downtown Denver and all the area expressways mean that every part of the metro area and the mountains are literally minutes away. The bathroom is small but fine for a vacation stay. The home itself is historic and once was a store owned by a notorious bootlegger in the 1930s. The home is fairly accessible for people in wheelchairs but the front entrance is tricky. The owner I s a fine host and very responsive to any questions or concerns. (He lives nearby.) All in all, this home was an excellent choice for our vacation, and I will probably stay here again on a future trip to Denver.

Exceptional Property

My husband, adult daughter & I spent 4 nights here while visiting Denver. The house is so inviting and comfortable. Everything advertised was true. Great location & easy access to all Denver has to offer. The owner, Peter, was very accommodating & easy to work with. We will definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great home base for exploring Denver

Our first time in Denver and this was truly a welcoming "home" to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. Big kitchen, open concept living/dining room and a large patio/courtyard gave us plenty of room. The house had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Easy parking in a great walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and an interesting mix of architecture. Close to a good range of restaurants, brewpubs and shops, and a short Uber ride downtown.The owner was always available if we had any questions or needed suggestions on restaurants. Try the Lo-Hi Steakhouse for Happy Hour and dinner, Sunny's for breakfast, or Prost for great German style beer. We would definitely return.
