Excellent Modern Retreat!!

First, the property was made available in short notice and the owner was more than pleasant to work with through the entire process. The space was well kept, clean, and very stylish. We were entertaining several guests while family was in town and we found the space more than ideal for a quaint dinner with a group of 8+ people.

There was other wonderful and unexpected features that came with the property. A beautiful private outdoor paved space with a fire pit, wood, and fire starter. Along with a number of blankets and throws that kept the space comfy and warm. The proximity to downtown is also a nice plus.

Everything was very clean. Given the unique artwork and stylish appeal of furnishings, plus the open floor plan, I'd highly recommend this space to anyone.

Not crazy about it

No windows at eye level, funny odor, second bedroom was ore of a side porch with washer dryer. Owner was helpful when heater and tv not working. Perhaps I’m too picky! Location excellent, decor very nice! New kitchen!

Love the house, loved the location and loved our time in Denver!

The house was everything we expected and more! Peter has done a great job of thinking of everything you could need or want while staying in his great house! The location is great for walking to neat neighborhood coffee shops or restaurants and a walk across to the Coors Field or Nightlife is easy too!!! Can't say enough good about this rental!

Great Location and overall value

The house was relatively clean, though smelled of pet urine on arrival. The landlord stated a schedule cleaners canceled last second. The house is in a neighborhood that we felt safe and could walk to many nice restaurants etc. Overall good experience.

Great Location, Great Space, a true home away from home!

I can't give enough compliment to this space, it's location, and it's owner. It was perfectly located so it made exploring easy. The neighborhood was very safe. The space itself was modern with very cool decor; not to mention the courtyard was a perfect place to hangout. We were able to grill out and utilize the firepit as well! Peter was great at communicating and very, very kind. I would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend!

Great home in an awesome neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time during our week at Peter's place. The house itself was very spacious and the location was perfect for exploring all the different neighborhoods in Denver. We didn't spend too much time at the house but when we did, it was mostly outside on the huge patio around the fire. The beds were comfortable and we always had plenty of hot water. We didn't ever use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything one would need and the living room had a very comfy sectional sofa. The street the house is on is very quiet and the neighborhood was really cute and felt extremely safe. There are several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance and we never rode more than 10-15 minutes in an Uber (plentiful) to get anywhere in Denver. For comparison, the neighborhood had similar vibes to the near east side of Austin (our hood). Interaction with the owner was great and we'd definitely stay here again.
