Our Property hosts a Dock w/ power, No fixed Bridges nice ride through the New River to Intercoastal out to Port Eveglades inlet. approx. ride time 20 mins. to the the Deep Ocean Blue. Paddle Boarding, Kayakeing Boat rentals are available in the area.

There are many great area attractions short distances away. Many restraints in a 5 mile radius. Close proximity to downtown and the beautiful Los Olas Blvd . many great areas to explore South Beach, Miami Beach, of course Ft Lauderdale Beach our wonderful coast, the Everglades , the keys oh my the list just goes on and on.

We want our home to be your home away from home.

Your Comfort kept in mind as well as your budget. We value that your on vacation but respect the residents in our neighborhood and ask all guests to be courteous and respectful with noise.

This home is in a Laidback Neighborhood. Our home is a relaxing home for your stay.

We are centrally located to most night life, shopping, dining & sightseeing, but just far enough away to not feel the stress of it all.

Great areas outside to have a coffee or a cold beverage and relax by the pool, looking out over the canal. You may see jumping fish in the canal behind the home or even a manatee, iguanas Rome free but are much more scared of you but yet curious enough for you to get a good look! For those bringing boats the dock enjoy our waterways and please by all means enjoy the wonderful inter coastal, canals and New River explore, relax!!!!

Our kitchen has modern appliances. Is equiped for cooking. A counter for 2 to eat at or a table in the Florida room for 4 or eat out on the wood deck patio table for 4.

2 queen beds in each bedroom. A Pack and play for connivence of families with small ones.

Interconnected hard wired smoke/ CO2 alarm warning system for your safety Window and door alarms for pool safety. Alerts you to little ones exiting the home. Fresh water pool, Cold A/C Bring yourself for a relaxing worry free time. Backyard has a wood fence on 3 sides for privacy. Pool is exclusive to this home and is not heated. Pool and dock safety equipment not for play but definitely safety .

Pets welcome as long as they are included in rental agreement with owners approval.

We have compiled an attractions/dinning book for our guests with some local favorites and Fishing Charters available out of many local Marinas.

City of Fort Lauderdale noise, occupancy,garbage and vehicle ordinances are to be kept in strict compliance while staying at this home.

We are conscious property owners. We try to pay attention to detail. We like for everyone to feel at home away from home. We try our hardest to maintain our home but occasionally we need your help to tell us if something is not working we want your stay to be trouble free and hope our home provides that for you.

We work hard and play hard but at the end of the day we Thank The Lord for all the Blessings in our lives. We appreciate all of our guests, friends and family as for without all of you we are no one and have nothing.

We love to help visitors find things to do, to eat and we've been known to go for a boat ride thru town with guests, run down to the Keys and show some fun places and things.

We love vacations and hope everyone who come enjoys there vacation to the fullest. We also love to help future Homeowners find there forever or for awhile homes. We love crew and know it's nice to be able to be in a home while the vessel is in dry dock as well so there is no one we will not try our best to help with there stay and their ability to stay so don't be afraid to ask you will be surprised at the things we get asked and sometimes agree to!!!!

lt was so nice to be able to relax at the pool and look out to the canal. This was an inviting clean home. We felt safe and right at home. We could not have asked for better hosts Dan and Penny were awesome they gave us lots of ideas of where to eat and what to do. We will certainly return and stay longer. E feel as though we have a home away from home to come to. Kitchen had everything we needed to have meals in. The house decor was relaxing and fun..Thanks for a great time and great place to stay.

Just wonderful!

The accommodations were very up to date. The pool was maintained perfectly. The outdoor patio was very pleasant with accommodations for eating outside. The kitchen was convenient, the décor and linens were attractive. We were very comfortable finding our every housing need met.

Owner's Response: We try to keep this home somewhat simple but comfortable and yet stay with the times. Pool cleanliness is an absolute must our pool people are just as adamant about as we are. Outside dinning in South Florida is a given on the water and enough seating outside to host a small gathering of frequents and family makes patio and deck feel more at home at least we think so. We try to have a decor to match the area somewhat, Beachy, South Florida style, hoping to make it somewhere you can come in-from the beach, shopping, golfing, fishing,or a day on the water and relax. Eat in or go out a kitchen with enough to cook and enjoy or just snack and go out all preferences for our awesome guests we thank each and every guest so very much for choosing our home and hope for returning guests.

This house was perfect for our family vacation . It's just a very short drive to many beaches . The pool is so clean and private . The neighborhood is quite. The house is clean and very well kept . The house is stocked with everything you need from dishes , blankets , sheets and towels . We will defiantly be back !! The owners take pride in this vacation home.

Owner's Response: it seems kids and families have such a good time in the pool and backyard. They seem oblivious to most other things and seem to settle into Vacation very well with a pool and yard to play in, with a fence that keeps them safe from the street. But not water side there is no fence or obstruction across the dock so while in while in the pool you can watch boats go by in the canal or just enjoy being on the water. Just a short ride to multiple beaches and attractions. We appreciate our guests and their feedback but most of all we appreciate guests choosing our home to stay in and look forward to trying to improve and make our home a better home to continue staying in.

First of all, Penny the owner is a absolute sweetheart. I booked this house for my family who came down to stay for a week, the house was perfect. This house was clean, centrally located, and right on the water, it was perfect. Penny, made sure every thing was just right, she went way above what I expected to make sure my family's had everything they needed. I would absolutely stay here again, i will defently tell everyone I know how great this experience was. If you want a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale you can't do better than this house.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would have stayed a couple of months longer, but someone had already rented it. Take advantage of the canal outback and rent some kayaks. The nabors were great. The owners make it fantastic as well. They were there right away with a simple request for a light bulb. Yes, the description of the property was accurate. The location was convenient. Great customer service from the owners. I would rent again.

The Everglades. (Shark Valley). Great Eco tour, Las Olas Blvd a must do great people watching, great restaurants, night life, shopping. Fort Lauderdale Beach WOW. South Beach fast and furious party.
