My name is Steve Barsh. I have owned 2 properties in Park City, Utah since 1999 when we started using them for our family and renting them out to guests as well. I am a 'serial entrepreneur' who has worked in high tech businesses for over 20 years. I am a partner in a venture capital firm based in Philly, I perform consulting and acting CxO services to help build and expand great companies, and I teach part-time in the Wharton MBA program.

We love Park City, Utah! We love the skiing in the winter where we are 100% ski-in/ski-out for Park City Mountain Resort + The Canyons and Deer Valley Resort is only 5-10 minutes from us. The summer is absolutely awesome as well! There are so many wonderful things to do with our kids here in Park City -- it's a great place to vacation with them. Park City is so easy to get to as it's only 35 minutes from Salt Lake City (SLC) airport. Our condos' location right on Main Street makes it an ideal location for the whole family as we are just steps from everything.
What makes this Condo unique
It's so convenient. We are 100% ski-in/ski-out (or board-in/board-out for our snow boarding guests) as we are just 50 feet from the ski lift. In the summer, the lift turns into a 'bike lift' for mountain biking access to the Park City Mountain Resort. Being right on Main Street in the 'Old Town' section of Park City is so great as just steps away there are dozens and dozens of great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, wonderful shops, and galleries.

We were in PC over July 4th week. There were lots of people and the festivities were great! A parade down Main Street by the condo, a party in the city park(less than half mile away), and lots of great people watching. The condo was extremely clean! Beds are super comfy with great sheets and pillows. The portacrib was super clean and we found an extra mattress to fit it as well. I brought a crib sheet from home and left it to help with that need as we didn’t see one in the apartment. The towels were of good quality as well. There was plenty of room for 3 couples and one 2 year old. There was a problem with the dryer, but we air dried everything which was easy in the PC dry air. The repairman couldn’t come until after the 4th and Steve was great about communication on this matter and even offered to have housekeeping help out. But we managed. Showers were very nice too and a great tub in the master! We had an issue with a power strip under the cabinets that needed resetting, we called the maintenance person and he came right over to show us how to reset it. Our family enjoyed being right downtown with shopping, the chair lift, and restaurants. Not much for a little one to do right there, but we utilized the city park and playground which was an easy walk, ride by bus, or car ride. The bus stop is right behind the building on Park street. The negatives are few for this condo. One is that the air conditioning is building controlled, but opening the windows per instructions at night helped. One problem with that is, the downstairs bedroom window doesn’t open much because of the hot tub blocking it. I think the second negative is the noise from the restaurant below and the street noises with the windows open. But, I think one gets used to these noises as the week goes by. The hiking in PC is wonderful and so many different levels of expertise. We are plant based eaters, and we found a wonderful restaurant to celebrate a birthday just a short drive away. Oh, another activity area we utilized was Park City resort. About 1.5 miles up the base of the mountain. Lots of family fun and restaurants. The parking was amazing in the building with a visitors parking pass given to us for guests. We enjoyed our stay and Steve was a great host.
Great location, beautiful condo
The clean, lovely condo was a perfect fit for our 2 families ( total of 5) with: beds of nice linens, secure parking spot, access to downtown restaurants, shops, & bike shop and hiking & bike excursions, and pool table & hot tub. House is well-stocked for cooking. Look past the older feel of the lobby. Steve, the owner, was communicative and helpful from beginning to end. Excited to return!
Perfect place for a family or group
Everything was amazing. Very clean, had everything we needed and more. Check in was easy and seamless. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Perfect place to relax and chill!
Three couples were looking for a getaway and we found it! This property is outstanding. It is furnished way beyond what was expected.....for example, enough hangers in each room to actually hang up ALL of your clothes, USB ports everywhere, night lights in all the necessary places, everything you could ask for in a well stocked kitchen. Well, everything you could ask for in the entire property! Great location. Sunday's Silly Market just out the door was wonderful! If we return to Park City, no doubt we will arrange to stay here!
Perfect Condo for Park City stay!
This stay could not have been more perfect as this condo is in an awesome location to downtown and to in and out skiing! Having a pool table and hot tub made this stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were very nice, the staff was polite and the skiing was great!

Our luxury condo is located on Main Street in the greatest area to stay in Park City -- historic 'Old Town.' You get the best of BOTH worlds. You are ski-in/ski-out to Park City Mountain Resort (50 feet to the lift), and you are in the heart of town on Main Street with over 100 great restaurants & bars within a 10 minute walk, great coffee shops, great galleries, great bars, great shopping. This condo has location, location, location! As well, you are on the Park City 'bus route' if you would like to use the free Park City bus.

The Summer 2003 opening of an updated #18, redesigned by William Neff Jr., promises to reveal what we believe will be one of the classic finishing holes in Utah. In addition to providing professionally designed and well kept greens, Park City Golf Club’s elevation of 6700 feet can actually add distance to your shots while you play on a course that is typically 10 to 15 degrees cooler than most courses in the area—a definite bonus during the hot summer months.
