BUCCANEER'S DEN is a Fleetwood, 39 Ft.; Two (2) Bedroom Unit, Two (2) Queen Size Beds in the Bedrooms, with One (1) Full Bathroom.

Both, Beds Queen Size.

The Color decor is Light Tones.

Fully stocked.

The Property is on the Water with 20 Ft. of of Dock Space at the rear, with another detached 30 Ft. Dock on the adjacent Peninsula.

Great Fishing from the Dock, Gas B.B.Q. & Wood Smoker outside (we do not provide the Gas or the Charcoal), with Dockside sitting and Lounge Areas.

There are Two (2) Televisions with Satellite, One (1) in Living Room, One (1)in Master Bedroom. Wi-Fi on the Property via Satellite Internet, with Stereo System.

Outside there is a Seating Area, Chaise Lounges to sit and relax, and catch the breezes, and a Gas BBQ, for those Sunset Dinners if You decide to Cook.

And yes, in the Water at the Dock, there is a Live Bait Well (Container Only)...ready for when you are ready for a little Fishing.

On the Property, the Views are Excellent and the Fishing from the Dock is Exceptional....

There is also a Pool and Parking is on the Property.

The experience with us is a bit more Personal and Service Oriented, we will meet you on the Property upon arrival and get you settled-in and show you how everything works, the HVAC, the Stereos, Wi-Fi Network, Satellite T.V., the BBQ, Stove, the Range, and in-turn answer any questions you may have.

While you are with us, should you need anything we are 45Min. away, or next door.

The Property is extremely peaceful, and quiet, this is a Gated Community. Along the Waterway you may even see some Manatees or Dolphins swimming by, lay in the Chaise Lounges, and hear the Coconut Palm frontons move in the breeze.

During the Day Ann and Her Husband, George, work their Crab Traps, they ride around on a 16Ft.. Skiff, you cannot miss them, their boat has large Registration Numbers on the side. If you like Crabs, call them over, they will sell to you either Blue Crabs or Stone Crabs. And do not worry if you do not know how to clean them, Ann will even show you how.

Otherwise, you can ask Ann for one of her Freshly cooked Crab Platters, she will deliver it by Boat and serve it Dockside.

Great Place also for Kayaks, to explore the shallow water inlets around or explore in the Sound. If you are interested in renting the Caribbean Club close-by offers Kayaks and Canoes for Rent and will bring them to the Property.

While in Downtown Key Largo, Boat Charters, and Fishing Trips are available.

Kayaks can be kept at the Property.

If you are bringing a Boat it can be kept at the Property as we have over 30Ft. of Dock Space. There is an adjoining Marina, where you will need to pay the Dock-Master, $10.00 to Launch, and $10.00 to recover your Boat.

Parking for your Trailer is provided, space being available on the Public Swales.

You Fish from the Dock, or enjoy swimming in the Community Pool which is on the adjacent Peninsula; 90 Sec. walking distance.

Markets and Shopping are less than 10Min. away, we provide Discount Cards for WINN-DIXIE one of the Local area Markets.

For Beaches, John Pennekamp a National Park, is 10 Min. away at MM 102, OCEAN SIDE (Left Side). Traveling South look for the Overhead Sign. Great Beaches, with snorkeling opportunities. there is also Group Fishing which is not expensive, or Snorkeling Trips to the Reefs a little off-shore.

There is also Harris Park at MM92.5. Here you have a Man-Made Lagoon with Beaches, and Playground, and Picnic areas. No admission is charged during the week.

Restaurants are within 7Min. Gilbert's and Buzzard's. And for Outdoor Entertainment at Gilbert's they have a Great Tikki Bar on the Water, with Music, daily.......

While Sundowner's is about 12Min. away, Great Outdoor Gourmet Dining with Excellent views of the Sunset. And Senor Frijoles is next door, with Outdoor Dining also, Tex-Mex Food and Excellent Margaritas...

And in Downtown Key Largo, Mrs. Mac's Kitchen is a favorite Breakfast spot.

There are many Brochures in the home which will guide you to other destinations.

Regarding Fishing Licenses, they can be bought here at any Bait & Tackle Shop. If you are going to be Fishing from the Property, they are not necessary.

In addition, here are some web-sites to further assist with planning your vacation, I also included the Miami-Metro Zoo.

Theater of the Sea, Web-site; This is where you can have the opportunity to swim with the Dolphins or the Sea-Lions, this is a Theme Park, with shows with Dolphins and Sea-Lions, snorkeling trips, Glass Bottom Boat excursions etc.., etc......

Key Largo, Florida Chamber of Commerce, This is the Chamber of Commerce site, of which we are a Member of and does offers a myriad of endless possibilities depending on your interests. Group Fishing, snorkeling, restaurants, and other destinations..

This is where we get the Brochures, we keep at the Property. We recommend you book in advance as for the destinations in the Keys, there are often discount offers for 'in-advance' reservations. And with items like swimming with the Dolphins or Sea-Lions at Theater of the Sea, they book quite in advance, due to the demand.

Everything was fabulous . The accommodations were top notch, clean and oh that bed was to die for. If it wasn't so beautiful and warm there we would have slept in everyday.

If you have any other places in Florida for next year we could rent please let me know.

The unit is as said.

He has many instructions on what to do. He sent the cleaning instruction after we were gone. Or early morning and i never look at my email in the morning. He was very nice when i made a mistake about day to leave. I only saw him once but seems nice. Just dont plan to sit outside, the mosquito will attack. You have no place to look at the ocean from this unit. Both of those were in my plans. The trailor was well stocked and we enjoyed it inside.The toilet area is a small closet so if obese pass on this unit.

Owner's Response: April............ Thank You for your comments. This Property is on a Waterway, we do not advertise it has any Ocean Views. We provide a substantial amount of information to our Guests. Information about the Property, activities nearby, and our cooperative Agreement we have with Gilberts Resort. The Toilet area was enclosed on purpose. We had the space to do it and certainly felt it would be very functional. Two (2) people can be inside of the bathroom at the same while having their privacy. June is in the midst of Mosquito season here in the keys, we do let our Guests know if they are sensitive to mosquitoes they should spray themselves with a repellent in the morning prior to going outside. We have found Deep Woods OFF. Will say, as we are on the Properties quite frequently, the Guests were seen always outside of the unit fishing from the dock.

We enjoyed ourselves. Fishing excellent.

The trailer was very comfortable for us. Plenty of room. We stay busy out and about all day fishing. When we return, we had a cool and comfortable place to watch a lil tv and get a good nights rest. We will be returning.
