2 story Cottage with ocean views.

4 bedrooms. 2 upstairs and sofa bed in LR. 2 Baths upstairs. 2 bedroom one bath downstairs. Large master BR with king bed and private bath. 2nd upstairs bedroom a king. downstairs has a king bed and also a twin and bunk beds queen/twin bb.

Please note

there are no stairs connecting upstairs and downstairs this used to be a duplex.

Living room open light and bright room with high ceilings. TV DVR , Picture seat windows with beautiful beach views in LR and dining seat. Kitchen fully stocked. Fireplace for those evenings after a day at the beach. Patio off of master by sun porch. Laundry room in garage.

Beach is Moments from your front door.

Fully stocked and comfortable.

Outside shower. Good parking and a street to street location. parking front an rear. Directv DVR and Internet. wireless internet.

We provide all linens. Towels. Beach Towels.

Kitchen is stocked for all you need to BBQ or cook. Seasoning, condiments. Espresso machine.

Stay in town, relax on the beach. walk to Seaward on Pierpont for dining, coffee, yogurt , rentals.

Main street is a 5 minute drive for shopping more Restaurants,

Rubicon live Theatre on Main street.

This is not a party house!!!

We respect our neighbors rights and do not allow large parties or gatherings.

Why Noni Alderman chose Pierpont Bay

This is a wonderful area to visit and our family races in Ventura. Ventura Fair, shopping, dining, all minutes away. Friendly area. Beautiful beaches and they are never crowded. 4th of July here is spectacular.

What makes this house unique

We can do something different every time we come. We love to go into Santa Barbara to shop and come back to BBQ . This property is elegant but comfortable. Peaceful ocean views. Fully stocked home. LOVE IT.

Lovely home with great view of ocean and Channel Islands from second story main living area

This special home is unique (2 king bedrooms and ocean view upstairs with separate casual beach king and bunk beds bedrooms downstairs) and was so clean and well organized by Noni... she is easy to work with and instantly helping with any concerns or problems!! We really liked everything about the house:). It had the upstairs great room with view of the ocean, gas grills, laundry facilities, great beds, games and books, private courtyard downstairs, open deck upstairs and beach chairs, towels and bikes....we enjoyed it ALL:). The lovely home and great location were perfect for relaxing or playing during both our sunny and rainy days! We walked the 2 minutes to the beach 3-4 times each day with our 5 & 7 yo Grandsons:). And then we walked at least twice a day the 10 minutes to "town" to enjoy either seafood, Italian, Hawaiian hamburger, sushi, brewery food or yogurts:). Perfect house and location... we will return!!! THANK YOU, Noni:)

Ocean Views/steps to the sand... great beach stay!

We had a family with small children downstairs and a family with teenagers upstairs. We all hung out on the downstairs outdoor patio and the little kids enjoyed the upstairs porch/bedroom outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and the location. There are books, videos, DVD's, games, boogie boards, blow dryers, even shampoo and Motrin was there if you forgot yours! We were a bit warm/humid indoors and needed bikes, which the owner took care of right away with extra fans and extra bikes. The kitchens are a little small if you're preparing large meals, but with the humid beach weather, its just easier to BBQ on the patios. We enjoyed activity on nearby Main Street Ventura, the Ventura Pier, and the easily reached by bike Seaward/Pierpont intersection with a few places to eat and hang out. The beach access is ideal with great waves for starting surfers and boogie boards. ...nothing but great things to say! You can go out to Main Street when you want that bar/party/shopping atmosphere or stay close to the home for a mellow beach stay! Thanks for a great week! I'm reluctant to share this great find, but I want VRBO to know that NONI is a great owner who is clearly proud of her properties.

Great home for families

We rented both units! Had 4 generations of family and all had a wonderful time. Home we'll stocked, kitchens are small but definitely worked for our group. What a wonderful time! We'll be Back. Noni was very helpful and we all thank you for opening your home for our annual family ventura beach trip.

Not Fancy but still Fabulous

This place was great for our family. Close to the beach! Close to town. We completely enjoyed the home and where it was located. The home is very well stocked and offered great amenities. The kitchen is small but we didn't do much cooking. I would recommend this home to anyone. Comfy beds too! Thank you home owner for opening your place to us. Vandborg Family.

Ventura beach house!!!

Ocean View. Pierpont is located between the harbor and marina. It is one of Ventura Counties favorite ares and the beaches are beautiful. Not crowded at all.
