Fantastic owner, property and location!

Book this property with confidence. The owner made sure all our questions were answered and really made us feel at home. You can sit on the ground level back porch and have an unobstructed view and sounds of the ocean. A short walk within the complex and you are at the private pool and boardwalk that takes you right to the beach edge. There are very convenient outdoor showers and a hose to clean off as you return. We stayed there only three nights before hurricane Matthew forced us to leave early but those days were great. 10 miles north on A1A and you cross a bridge into the heart of St. Augustine and all it's history, dining and shopping options. However, there are plenty of dining options and grocery stores very close to the property so you don't have to get thick with the tourists for the basics. Would love to go back... Sigh.

Happy Dog Day Afternoons

Lovely condo, great location-beaches are per-friendly-provided they are on a leash. This was my 1yr-old German Shepherd's first time to the beach and she LOVED IT! Nice doge parks nearby as well - we even walked the St. Augustine lil town in the evening-very close. Nice pool too! Thanks Jazz-Rosemary & Lucy!

Sit Back and Watch the Sun Rise
