Great Location, great Property

We are a family of four - two teenage children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. From the outset Jack was responsive in his communication and access to the property was easy upon arrival with a code provided so that there is no need to arrange appointments to meet with someone. We also used the option of arriving a little earlier to leave our bags and go food shopping whilst the cleaner was there. The property was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable and the apartment giving a feeling of home away from home. Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury and the format of the house worked well for us. The location was perfect having a large number of restaurants a short walk away, a supermarket around the corner and a bus "F" around the corner taking you right into Fisherman's Wharf as well as all the stops along the way. We did use the sofa-bed for one of our children as it is hard to find a house with twin beds and the children do not like sleeping together but this bed for a teenager is not particularly comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Lovely Apartment

This is a well appointed, clean apartment . It even has a little outdoor space! Perfect neighborhood. Everything you need is close by. The landlord is wonderful, always answering any questions immediately! Highly recommend this place.

San Francisco in the Castro!

Our rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Loved staying in the Castro district, close to transportation and shops. Jack was very helpful and showed us how a great manager operates! Would highly recommend. The delay in my review was only due to Hurricane Matthews wrath on my electric and phone lines. Jack, thanks so much for your help and sharing your wonderful home.

Most comfortable bed ever

We were two couples staying in the unit. It's nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We all said the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in - wish I could take it home with me. The unit is located in a great area for restaurants. We had a large vehicle and didn't have a very hard time finding parking. The only thing I would note is that the second bathroom isn't en suite but down the hall from the bedroom.

Very nice property

Very comfortable accommodations….relaxing place to stay, very clean and well-maintained. Roger, the business partner in the adjacent unit, was very helpful for a couple requests (i.e. locked myself outside without the entry code). Thank you Roger! Be careful about the street parking schedule….we learned a hard lesson with a $71 parking violation (not intuitive for country folks).

Owner's Response: Thank you for reiterating the potential parking expense in San Francisco. Minimum parking ticket is $75. Blocking a driveway or parking on the curb is minimum $300. A towing event is minimum is $600. If you plan to drive in San Francisco, be vigilant.

Awesome property. Centrally located.

This well kept and recently renovated apartment is a beautiful unit located centrally and close to public transit, restaurants and grocery/drug stores. Our adult family had a wonderful stay and would rent again. The owner provided great information as well as many convenient extras to make our stay in SF awesome. Thanks Jack.
