What a lovely get away!
We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at Byron's. It was great for our large group of adults, kiddos, and furry friends. The view of horses, cattle, and the frog pond were lovely. The frogs were singing and Roosevelt elk wandered by in the mornings. Lots of great birding and nature right on the property.
With two fridges, we had plenty of space for food. And plenty of beds, couches, and tent space to fit our large party. We brought lawn games and BBQ'd. Overall we had a fantastic visit.
Annual fishing trip
Thanks Byron! Great stay and great time!
The property is beautiful and it is a nice house but the group of us(12) experienced another unnanou
The first story of the house is great, kitchen stocked pretty well and appliances in good working order. Downstairs two of the three plus extra room are good but the room and extra room with twin and bunk beds are very old and beyond weary compared to the rest of the house. The bathroom with the jacuzzi is great with a nice separate shower. Other bathroom are ok. Appreciated a good washer and Dryer. The biggest and true issue was inaccurate communication about many other friends of the tenant roaming the property including through the area we were trying to occupy. We thought for the cost we had the entire access to the property.
Wonderful place, great times
We rented this beautiful place for a wedding with 65 guests, some camping, some staying in the home.
Before hand, Byron was super helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions about the property and our needs in a timely manner. He was even accommodating in letting us stop by a few months ahead of time, so we could get the lay of the land. AND, we were able to have a full on pig roast, as we were hoping!
This was a perfect spot. for privacy, a big event, beautiful acreage, the river was gorgeous, and being just a couple miles from the ocean just made it perfect.
We will definitely keep this property in mind next time we want to have a gathering of a bunch of family and friends.
Byron, I can't thank you enough.
We really enjoyed our stay. The large eclectically decorated home offers many sleeping arrangements. The location is ideal for treks to beaches and rainforests. The real draw is the unique property that includes a great view of the pastures with cattle and 2 beautiful horses. Thanks Byron!
Thank you! I enjoyed meeting your group!
It was as promised and actually nicer than expected. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and there's lots of area to gather. The location is great to explore the peninsula. I will keep this in my mind-vault for the next time there's reason to have a big group together.
