The complex will be repairing the seawall starting sometime in May 2018 through approximately Oct. 2018. I will be offering a HUGE DISCOUNT. Weekly rental rates of $810 +taxes/fees during the construction period. The seawall repair will most likely be loud work with heavy machinery. General work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Part of the parking lot will be blocked off as well, but that should not pose a parking problem other than you may have to walk farther to the apartment than you otherwise would.
