Alii Cove is located about 1/2 mile south of downtown Kailua Village on Alii Drive and is a short distance to all the popular restaurants and shops in the Village.

The weather here is outstanding with the average night time temperature in January around 60 to 64 and day time temperatures around 74-78. Summer temperatures run somewhat higher with night time temperatures in the mid 70’s and day time in the mid to upper 80’s. This condo has a bedroom with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin size beds that also has a futon couch.

Enjoy a wonderful ocean view from the living room and kitchen in this well appointed condo. The residence has a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a large loft with two twin size beds, a futon couch that open as a double bed, flat screen TV and CD/radio. There is also a huge ocean view from the loft.

The master bedroom has an ocean view, double walk in closets, double sinks in the bath, separate shower, flat screen TV and king size bed.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

Dining for four is on the Lani enjoying the ocean view of Kailua Bay.

Alli Cove grounds includes a lava rock waterfall pool, spa, children's wading pool, play area, BBQ area and fitness center. Please see property rules for useage.

Winter escape

We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is conveniently located to the main center of town and other amenities. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need - furniture could be updated to something more comfortable. Lots of beach accessories available in the storage unit. The pool and BBQ area in the complex are very clean and well maintained. An enjoyable stay all around and we have booked again for next year.

Perfect location for Ironman Kona!

Great 3BR 2BA condo! Easy walk into town w plenty of restaurants. Great king bed, massive closet space, great kitchen and showers. Unit has two hairdryers and beach towels too! Wayne was terrific. Big island is fantastic! We will be back!

Great location, very quiet and nice near the ocean.

We enjoy our stay in this place. It was very quiet with good neighbours. The condo is very nice and large with a view on the ocean. The beach is near and the center of Kona. Very good equipment in the apartment and clean. Good place to start a visit anywhere on the Big Island. We are ready to comeback anytime in this unit.

The ease in the rental process of Alii Cove was great.Simple all around no surprises, as with some of the bed/breakfast stays.Great neighbours ,well maintained in all aspects.Wayne was prompt with minor issues in his response! I would recommend Alii Cove and Wayne to many!

Outstanding Stay in Alii Cove

Our two month stay in Alii Cove was wonderful! Wayne is an outstanding property manager who went out of his way to make sure everything was ready for our stay. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It felt like home right away. Meals on the lanai provided us with a view of spouting whales and beautiful sunsets. An added plus was that we had very nice neighbors. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as Honl's Cove across the street. Our location provided us with a short walk into town. We kept busy exploring the island, snorkeling, hiking and simply relaxing. The weather was perfect and it was difficult to leave paradise. I might also add the big screen in the living room was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent place to stay

This condo unit is wonderful with everything we needed for the month long vacation. The rooms and bath are very clean. The neigbors are super nice. The location is superb for not too close to high traffic tourist district, but walking distance to shops and beaches. When we were hit with the hurricanes, the owner called to give us all the instructions and told us if things get worst, go to their home.
