Spacious and bright give this unit a feeling of openness. Enjoy staying in and watch a movie. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Dinning area that can seat up to 6. Washer and Dryer located in the unit.

Sleeping: Queen bed in each of the three bedrooms.

Comfortable home in a perfect Kits location

Our extended family of three adults and two children were very happy in this welcoming home. The layout of one bedroom on the ground floor, next to the bathroom, and two bedrooms on the top floor worked perfectly for us. The house is humble on the outside but full of lovely period features inside. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and the bathroom is fresh and pretty with a rain shower over the tub. The host Markus was super welcoming and thoughtful, even baby-proofing the house for us and providing a stair gate. Everything is considered -- for example, the top floor can be quite warm but there are ceiling fans in every room, an air conditioner, and a Dyson floor fan provided. The location is perfect for the beach, shopping, parks, and public transport. One thing to note is that it can be noisy next to a busy road so maybe not one for very light sleepers.

Clean, in a very nice location, for a great price

Although the outside is a little care-worn, the inside is clean and tidy and contains everything you'd need. You're just a few blocks from the beach, with easy access to downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, and all the sites. Markus was incredibly responsive and checked in a number of times during our stay to ensure we were having a good time and all was in order. He even went the extra mile and installed an A/C unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms before our arrival because he was worried about the heat wave - we really, really appreciate this! We'd return.

Great Kits location

We had a great 1 week stay in this lovely Kitsilano garden suite, while we had out of town guest staying at our home in Vancouver. The unit was in excellent condition and all the amenities were first class. It was very quiet considering that it was just off of a busy street. It was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurant and local beaches and parks. We would recommend this unit to anyone coming for a visit to Vancouver.
