Waynesville Cabin Rental Photos and Description

Cabin, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

This amazing 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath custom log cabin on 16 acres with a creek and waterfall running through it is 10 minutes from Maggie Valley and 15 minutes from Waynesville with an elevation of 3100 ft. You are secluded yet close to everything. Gaze at the stars while relaxing in the hot tub on the front porch during the evening. Or, sit out by the creek and just relax and watch the occasional trout pass by. You can venture out for a stroll around the mountain, cook a great steak on the grill or in the fully equipped kitchen.

Log cabin is located on the road that takes you to Catloochee to see the Elks (15 minutes away). You are 30 minutes to Asheville, 45 minutes to 1 hr to Gatlinburg, TN, 30 minutes to Cherokee, and just a couple of miles from I-40 and Hwy 276N.

You have air conditioning and heating, but, who needs it when you can open the windows and listen to the water running and the sounds of the mountain. Home is completely equipped to be either a great family getaway or a romantic couple retreat.

You can watch TV, have wireless internet, and free long distance calling in the U.S., soak in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, cook up a great meal and enjoy dining on the great 41 ft. x 12 ft. covered front porch with 3 ceiling fans (like having your living room and dining room outside).

Pictures just cannot do justice to have tranquil, beautiful, and completely breathtaking this home is. If you come and enjoy you will definitely be back!

I have fallen in love with your place. It is so hard to leave this lovely place. Enjoyed visiting Waynesville, eating in Maggie Valley and even swimming at Harrah's. Thank you for allowing our pets. They enjoyed it too.

Enjoyed our vacation at Elk Falls

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time on our vacation. Loved the cabin, it was almost perfect. I would give it an excellent rating except that the fireplace did not work all week and it was not able to be fixed. Very disappointed as it was cold and we were looking forward to the fireplace.

Loved the hot tub and the stream out front. Waynesville is a great little town Sweet Onion is a great restaurant.

Would visit again.

Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed your visit. We are hoping you return again soon. Very sorry about the fireplace. Did everything we could to get it fixed. As it is gas we were at the mercy of the gas company, which they were swamped due to it being peak season. It is now working and would love to have you return. Yes, Waynesville is a wonderful town and the Sweet Onion is great. The Owner

Elk Falls

  • 5 of 5

Enjoyed our stay at Elk Falls. The house was very neat and clean and plenty room for us. We enjoyed the front porch, side patio with fire pit, the stream out front was a big hit also. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Cabin was close to Waynesville, Maggie and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very tranquil and quiet. Kathy was very helpful and always prompt. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

Cabin in the woods

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely the best trip for us. The cabin is just like you said...a dream vacation. We woke up to 4" snow Saturday morn and drank coffee in the hot tub, while it was still snowing. We had plenty of room and it was so neat and clean. A view from anywhere in the house and the porch was so comfortable! No road noise to spoil nature.
