We purchased our condo in 2000 and love that we found our perfect home away from home in Garden City Beach. The area and beach is a family area and beach! We love that we have been able to build lasting memories with our children and grand children at our special home away from home. We love sharing our beach condo with you and your family and hope you go home with your special memories that bring you back year after year!

We love the benefit of covered parking and the elevators that take us to our front door. We adore our indoor heated pool allowing us to vacation and swim year round! Our week was incredible. Leigh was awesome manager. Place was beautiful. 3 beds, 2.5 baths, oceanfront nice large balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, beautiful views!

This condo was great for our family. Our first impression was that it was very spacious and had a great view of the water. Leigh was great to work with with any issues we encountered. The condo was clean when we arrived and had adequate cooking ware for us to use. I thought this was a great place to stay. I do want to note that the elevators were not always working while we were there. It seemed that only one would run at a time. And lastly I think with a few Decour updates in the condo, it would be absolutely breathtaking!

Fit our needs!

This rental unit for our needs for our stay. We cooked in every night, had enough televisions for our group, beds and bathrooms. The washer dryer was great mid-week!

The facility's pool and hot tub were enjoyed as well as the chairs and lounge chairs provided by Waters Edge.

We will come back again since we enjoyed the family atmosphere and friendly people.

Loved the Location But....

Garden City was lovely. This particular unit was on 14th floor, beautiful views even the 2nd bedroom had a gorgeous view. 3 Bedrooms and 2 and half baths worked well for our 3 couples. The elevator and parking was fine. Checkin a breeze Waters Edge really has carts galore for transporting your items up to unit. Never had much wait for elevator even when 1 was broken. Elevator area was kept cleaned several times daily so that was nice. Also the area around beach and pool was very attended to and kept nice. Easy access. Security was visible to control any problems which I never saw except some drunks one evening...and it was older adults not kids.

Our 1401 unit was fine size wise. Plenty of storage and seating. Tv's all worked. Wi fi was the best in the back street bedroom, that got annoying.

The décor was very outdated and many things were just dirty. Second day there we had to call regarding the filthy ceiling fans and bathroom vents and the terrible sinking mattress in the middle bedroom. Other matresses were fine.

Manager Leah was very attentive to our needs and the cleaning service came the very next day and cleaned several areas needing prompt attention. Also provided a brand new mattress which was very commendable.

Cleaning crew were friendly but I hesitate to say they cleaned only what we reported and talked a lot. The "silk flowers" need major overhaul, caked with dust not decorative at all.

. All rooms needed a heavy cleaning walls and baseboards. I know it is a beach condo but what we saw was not occasional was long standing. I think the owner needs to spend some money and update and clean and paint. Kitchen areas as well needs cleaning attention.

Granted all essentials and more were there for us. We enjoyed ourselves and Leah thanks for all your assistance before and during our visit

I guess we just have been spoiled at previous VRBO units in the area and this was not quite as impressionable for us.

Overall lovely vacation...loved our seafood.. so close to Murrells inlet..close to broadway at the Beach..take grissolm parkway

Great space and great view :)

Check in was super easy as we met the housekeeper in our condo for her to give us the keys, wristbands for he pool and parking passes! The space is amazing! So much room and everything was well stocked! The rooms are spacious, especially the master bedroom! The other bedrooms were great and super sound proof which was awesome! The only complaint we had was it was a little dirty/dusty around he baseboards and behind the couches and beds (I only notice because I have a crawler and he finds everything!) The wifi also was AWFUL all week long! But everything else was super clean and super comfortable! All in all, great stay and we would definitely reccomend and be back!

Restaurant row of Murrell's Inlet! Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are close by for all your beach fun entertainment and joy! Family Kingdom Park Water Park has plenty of amusement park rides for all the family to enjoy. Don't miss our beautiful Piers located on either side of the condo... just a couple of miles down the road.

Tax Rate 12.0%

. Exit Cleaning fee is included in your rental fee. An 11% accommodation tax will be added to your rental fee. 50% Rental Payment is due upon booking and balance is due one month prior to your arrival date. Pay online through VRBO. Please call the Property Manager if you are interested in a long term rental.

Check in time is 3:30 to 5:30. There is a $25.00 cash late check in fee.
My housekeeper, Pat will greet you upon your arrival . Please call her 30 minutes before your arrival. Cell number 773-419-1098. Home number 843-651-2314. Pat will handle your Linen fee should you be wanting a Linen Package. You will be billed through a secure PayPal account for your Linen Package.
Several weeks before your arrival you will receive an invitation to download my Home Away Hospitality app on your phone.
