About the owner: I am a CPA practicing out of Royal Oak, Michigan. I had been an irregular skier since my teens, skiing Northern Lower Michigan, Canada and out West once in a while. Then I got some travel buddy's and starting getting out west annually. I went to Copper in March of 2010, we left a day before a dumping. My brother is a real estate agent in Boulder and came across this unit. It took me and a friend about 5 minutes to decide to go for it. I have since bought him out. I really really get a kick out of the fact that most every tenant coming through enjoys their stay at the unit as much as I do. I would hope to get a chance to be your host.
Why the Owner Chose Copper Mountain, CO, USA:
Like the header on the listing says- LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Slope side with awesome views. After several seasons of getting around Summit and Eagle Counties, this is the exact spot I would choose for purchase. Ease of access to I-70. Locality to wide variety of resorts- from small and long seasoned A-Basin to humongous and ritzy Vail. The six-rider Super Bee lift is possibly the best single lift in Summit AND Eagle counties. Almost never a line and 2300 ft. in 8 minutes, you can really rack up some vertical on Andy's Encore.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Even on the coldest of days, when the sun shines in the sun porch, about noon, it gets to be 90+ degrees in there. Open up the door wall and the whole unit gets toasty. On the third floor and at the east end of the building there is definitely less foot/boot traffic and it's much quieter than the village side.
