Owner info

Year Purchased: 2006

About the owner: Retired occupational therapist who has a love for great architecture.

Why the Owner Chose Touro, New Orleans, LA, USA:
I love the Uptown area; it's a place where I grew up in the Big Easy. The area has such charm and history that browsing the neighborhoods never gets old and I always find something new each time.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The community rates restaurants each year and all the #1 & #2 chosen for best food is all within walking distance of the Napoleon House. You can find those top restaurants mostly on Magazine Street and some on St. Charles Avenue and Napoleon. Available transportation is either right in front of the house, or at nearby corners which makes getting around so easy. A car is not needed so why fight for parking and possibly end up getting a ticket. Take the streetcar, enjoy the view and let your cares fade away.
