“Seaglass” is located at the Inn at Seacrest, between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on the scenic Hwy 30A. “Seaglass” offers the elegance and convenience of condo living with the charm and comfort of a seaside cottage. This second floor unit is one of only three of the largest units in the entire building, almost doubling the size of the others. This cottage style condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, counter height bar for dining, travertine floors, stainless full size refrigerator, a 2 burner glass cook top with a lighted exhaust hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, European style convection oven, coffee maker, and everything needed for preparing a gourmet meal.
The expansive balcony, with its beautiful gulf view, overlooks the Inn’s large pool and Jacuzzi. It is great place for dining, drinks, relaxing, entertaining or just leisurely napping through lazy afternoons. In the evening it is perfect for admiring glowing sunsets and crystal clear night skies, perfect for stargazing.
This great floor plan affords the luxury of a comfortable, cottage style living room and bedroom with a queen size bed, ideal for two. A large wall mounted 32” flat screen TV with an articulating arm mount can be seen from every room. This unit has cable TV and free Wi-Fi.

About the owner: Like many people who live New Orleans, we head out of town for the Mardi Gras Holidays. We have been vacationing in the Florida panhandle for more than 35 years and have lots of lovely memories from every visit. We never dreamed that someday we would own a place just steps away from the blue green ocean and sugar white sands that we love so dearly. But since the stock market was going no where and making us very unhappy, we decided to invest in something that was sure to make us happy and hopefully become a great investment. So in February 2010 we bought our little piece of paradise and named it “Seaglass”. Cottage and coastal designs were always the our favorite styles for interiors and we’ve had a tremendously good time renovating and decorating our new place. We look forward to enjoying “Seaglass” and sharing it with our family and friends for many years to come. And we hope you too will enjoy your stay here and experience the good life that this beautiful area has to offer.

Realtors always say Location, Location, Location. And that is what prompted us buy this studio condo at the Inn at Seacrest. For me it’s like traveling to any major city where you hit street outside your door and walk to quaint shops and upscale or neighborhood restaurants. For culture and entertainment, this entire 19 mile stretch along the Emerald Coast with its various and distinct beach communities, known as 30A, offers endless opportunities to enjoy live music, plays, outdoor movies, wine tasting, green markets, art and so much more. Many, if not most, are open to the public and free! For the more adventurous, there is swimming, hiking, golfing, bicycling, kayaking, sailing and fishing. 30A offers a wealth of outdoor activities. People come from all over the world to experience this place and then they come back again next year, once is never enough. You’ll soon find that out for yourself. Enjoy!
