Our luxurious, Plaza condominium is located in the St. James Place Building in Beaver Creek, a five-star resort, which is next to the Park Hyatt Hotel and Spa in Beaver Creek Village. Beaver Creek Ski Resort is adjacent to the town of Avon (and ten miles west of Vail) in the Eagle River Valley in Colorado. This is a perfect base for all of your summer activities Walk out the condominium door and up the heated plaza, less than 100 yards, to the main lift. Or, ski down to the Elkhorn lift. Ski in access trails pass right by St. James Place!

Our quiet, garden-level condominium at St. James Place Resort sleeps seven, in three bedrooms, complete with down comforters and terry robes, and has three full baths. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet equipped kitchen, new granite slab countertops, complete with spices and new refrigerator, glass top stove and microwave. Experience the 1600 square feet of super luxury, Rocky Mountain, rustic décor in the middle of the action in Beaver Creek Village. This luxury condominium with its eleven-foot ceilings and walnut wood flooring provides a spacious yet cozy environment for a vacation of a lifetime.There is new carpeting in all 3 bedrooms, a large capacity washer/dryer and 4 large flat screen TVs with DVDs. Portacrib, booster seat and Aerobed and Roll A Way are all available for no charge. Parking in the garage is free with 2 (tandem)spaces.

The open-air ice skating facility and the Vilar Center for the Performing Arts, with live entertainment, are also just yards from our front door. St James has renovated the pool, it is gorgeous!

Gourmet restaurants, shops, and galleries abound all along the Plaza.

Shuttle buses from Beaver Creek Village go to buses to the Vail ski area. Breckenridge and Keystone Resorts are also just a bus ride away. Ski all with the same lift ticket. Get the Epic pass Now!

We have been managing this condo since we bought it new in 1996. I love meeting all of our tenants, usually not in person, but through emails and phone conversations, and having many of them return. We have managed up to 13 rentals at one time and have been in property management for over 40 years.

We chose to buy at St James Place in Beaver Creek because we fell in love with the area and its location to the ski slopes, the generous size of the units and all of the amenities offered at this friendly, upscale, family oriented Resort. Besides all of the winter sports, just strolling out our front door and up the Plaza to shop and eat at one of the many excellent restaurants is a favorite past time for us. Summers are also great here; a well kept secret.

What makes this condo unique

Beaver Creek is actually a 3 mountain Resort, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrow head. Plus your lift tickets are also good at Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone Resorts. Along with downhill and boarding there is a large cross country area, lots of snow shoe trails, sledding and ice skating at a beautiful year round outdoor rink.

Summer offers tennis and many golf courses near by along with hiking and biking. Fishing and white water rafting are also close by. A trip to Glenwood Springs to the largest hot springs salt water pool is fun winter and summer. Don’t miss the tram ride to the Adventure Park and caverns. As well as surrounding Aspen and Vail, there is the close by town of Edwards with its many shops and fun restaurants.

Beautiful Mountain Condo

My family and I were very impressed with this property, it was better in person than the pictures show. The master bathroom has been recently updated. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large for a resort condo in our opinion. The kitchen was WELL stocked with equipment to make anything you need... We usually make our own breakfast and lunch when we travel and have a habit of taking along certain pans or knives because many other places have hit and miss equipment, but not here, we were very happy!! The location could not be beat and we were able to easily walk to the mountain and restaurants. Also, this is one of the only locations that has an indoor pool, it is even heated!! Colorado is still too cold in my opinion to swim outside, even in the summer :) We were very happy with our stay!!

Owner's Response: I am delighted with your review and appreciate that you have listed things that no one else has, the updated master bath, the well stocked kitchen and the indoor pool. I recently added new shower rods, perhaps that's why you thought the baths were so large, as they extend out like in a hotel. I keep leftover food stuffs that are in date and keep some staples stocked in the pantry along with spices. You happened to stay when it had been fairly well cleaned out. Because I live in the area I am constantly checking on things. Thanks so much and I would welcome you back at any time. Do you ski? Stephanie

Excellent Condo, great location

My family enjoyed our vacation in Beaver Creek. St. James Place is steps from the ski school, ice rink and the village restaurants. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Stephanie (owner) is an active owner and she wants you vacation to be perfect. Also, she let us know that the condo would be available early in the days if we arrived prior to the 4:00 check- in time. I have never had an owner offer early check-in. The kitchen has everything you need and there was unopened snacks left from previous renters that my kids enjoyed. This was a benefit after traveling all day and my kids needed a snack. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. My wife and I could relax in the hot tub and keep an eye on the kids in the pool.

Exactly what we hoped for as a family

This was our first trip skiing as a family. This condo was larger than we expected, very clean, and well maintained. It felt like a home away from home. Very convenient location for unloading our car and a quick walk to the ice rink (huge hit with the kids) and to Centennial Lift. I highly recommend this condo. The owner couldn't have been more kind to us... making sure we had everything we needed. I also highly recommend the Beaver Creek Ski School for new skiers in your family. The half day lift tickets (expire at 12-12:30pm) were more than enough skiing for a week's vacation if you'd rather not spend big $$$ for all-day tickets.

Perfect family get away!

My husband and I traveled to Beaver Creek for our first family get away with our two boys (toddlers) and nanny. This condo was the perfect set up for us. Our nanny had her own space and bath. We had a huge room with a beautiful bathroom right next to our boys who (thankfully, since they are boys) had their own bathroom too. The condo was very comfortable with thoughtful touches like games and blankets. St. James is so nice with the pool, hot cocoa, DVD rental, etc. We loved being right by all the shops, restaurants, and, most importantly, ski school. Loved that we didn't even have to take an elevator to get out. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and extremely attentive. Would stay here again in a second.

My family booked this condo for a family vacation from the heat in Texas. The condo was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect and everything we needed was made available to us. Stephanie was wonderful. She kept us informed and up to date. She had just recently installed air conditioning which worked very well and kept us all comfortable. We were so close to Beaver Creek Village that we were able to walk everywhere. Our granddaughter loved the Children's Museum and the activities at the base of the mountain. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Beaver Creek. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family.
