This Maui Vista condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. Locally, it is called the quiet building. It is the farthest from the road. It is on the cool side of the building with nice trade winds. It has views of the West Maui Mountains and peek-a-boo ocean views from the lanai. From the entrance side of the condo, you have views of the Haleakala volcano. The barbecue area is right behind the condo making it very convenient. The elevator and thrash chute are close enough for convenience but far enough away that you won't hear any noise or traffic.
There are 3 pools with outdoor showers and 3 sets of tennis courts. The complex is extremely well maintained. The condo itself is well maintained and has been up graded in the last 3 years. The kitchen has newer appliances and a new refrigerator (2010). There are new 41' TV’s and DVD players in the front room and bedroom. There is a you-tube link at the bottom of the listing. It will give you a comprehensive view of the condo. We take check, credit cards or Paypal.

I have been coming to Maui regularly for the last 20 years. Like many people I fell in love with the island and, after that first visit, I have always dreamed of owning a home and living here. About 9 years ago I met the love of my life...my wife Lori. We were married 6+ years ago on Maui and I have infected her with Maui fever. We made our dream of a retirement home on Maui come true In February of 2010. We would love for you to rent our condo and ......help pay for it. :-)
Dennis Fitzgibbons purchased this condo in 2010
We choose to buy a condo in South Kihei because it is across from one of the best beaches in Maui, we are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants (our favorites are Moose McGillycuddy's and Sansei), shops and the grocery store, and we are within a 15 minute drive of Costco, Walmart and the Airport. No place on Maui is more convenient without losing any of the beauty.
We really enjoyed our stay here, great condo had everything we needed &
more! Many updates & renovations since last pictures were taken. Latest
bathroom remodel is fantastic! Walking distance to beautiful beaches &
markets for shopping. Condo is quiet & secure. Owners are great do to deal
with & very helpful with any questions we had. Many thanks to you! Would
stay again & are recommending your place to our friends.
Enjoyed our week in this well-appointed condo. Parking was plentiful, and the bellcart helpful in getting luggage and groceries up in one trip. Ice was made, basic spices stocked and extra dishwashing and laundry supplies on hand, which you rarely find. All the cookware and storage containers you could ask for made prepping lunch for the beach easy. Awesome new bed, easy TV with DVD player and plenty of closet space in bedroom. Loved the pebbled shower with ample, plump towels, too. Overhead fans throughout kept everything cool; we enjoyed dining on the balcony several times. Dishwasher and laundry appliances are pretty high-tech, but text to owner answered quickly (just knew the property mgt company wouldn't know). Lots of beach gear, including comfy chairs for use. Only thing missing that we needed was a cooler (though the beach chairs can hold a few bottles). We rented one from Boss Frog's for $5. Lovely time here.
Nice property. Well taken care of. Good location.Poor cleaning crew. FILTHY light and pan rack hanging over stove. BIOHAZARD. FILTHY kitchen ceiling. Obviously hasn't been cleaned in years. New Kenmore stackable washer and dryer. Absolutely the worst. 90 % of the time we could not even get either one to start. Probable malfuntion of START buttons on both units (internet research)
I called MAUI SUNCOAST REALTY, ( as instructed) and they did ott even return my call for 4 (FOUR) days. Then they left a message. I would not stay there again.
Awesome, highly recommeded, nothing to complain about, great place close to everything important on a vacation.
My wife and I decided to spend our 24th anniversary in Maui from March 13 thru the 24th - our first trip to Hawaii. After doing a lot of research on where to stay, we narrowed it down and decided on this condo in Kihei. Wow, did we make the right choice!
It was clean, quiet, and had everything needed to make our stay feel like home, just as advertised by the owners.
We are an active couple and like to explore. So, of course we wanted to see as much of the island as we could. The condo is centrally located which made the drives shorter to the many places we visited.
The Town of Kihei seemed to have a lot of locals who are VERY friendly and helpful. It didn't seem to be as touristy as some of the other cites in Maui.
We visited a lot of pretty beaches while there and have to say that the Charlie Young Beach 2 blocks from the condo is where we spent most of our beach time, We even saw sea turtles and whales while sunbathing…. amazing!
The condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and other things for fun at the beach for the whole family.
As far as the weather goes in Kihei, it only rained 5 minutes the whole time we were there. Lows in the upper 60's and highs in the low to mid 80's.
This was a trip to remember and we plan on coming back again. We would stay here again at Maui Vista condo #3316 in a heartbeat.
This was our 2nd year utilizing this condo and we continue to love everything about it! It is exactly as Dennis and Lori describe it and so much more! They have thought of everything and we couldn't be happier with our experiences each time! We are already planning on returning again next year. Dennis and Lori make sure that everything is working and provide all your information should something go wrong, which it has not! It is clean and very well maintained.
Wonderfully located to get to all of the attractions in Maui! The condo is exactly as described. A wonderful place to come back from the beach, site seeing, etc. A true home away from home!
Tennis Rackets and balls are available for rent from the condo office.
