This home has what many describe as one of the most magnificent views in Cayucos with clear 180º panoramic views of the Pacific, including Morro Rock. Just a short walk from the public beach, the Cayucos pier and main street shopping and restaurants, make convenience a common description. The home is nicely furnished. The living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, deck and garage are at upper entrance street level. The bedroom with a king bed is located on the first floor (which is the upper floor of this hillside home) and the two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed, plus two twin beds, are on the lower floor. Literally every room of the house has a view. The living room has a 47” flat screen HDTV with cable service, plus a DVD player and an audio sound system. Travel East to Paso Robles and you will find world-class wineries, offering daily wine tasting. The County of San Luis Obispo wineries are well known for their award winning Central Coast varieties. So, if wine is your interest, plan to explore the entire county.

About the owner: Call 916-706-5145 for additional detail. The home was built by our parents in 1976. The upper street level has full living area with one main bedroom and large garage. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bath and laundry room. Home is approximately 1790 sq ft. We three sons, our kids, and grandkids have enjoyed these past years and have many fond memories of our stays in Cayucos. We plan to keep the house in the family and share it with others. We take pride in the home and look forward to more memories to come.
