Our unit was fully remodeled in the last few years with high end finishes including Gaggineau appliances, SubZero refrigerator, granite and marble countertops and baths.
This condo is in the best location in Denver and a 24 hour secure building that is very well managed.
You would have access to one parking space for one car.
The 1st floor of the building has 5 restaurants, a beauty salon, a seven-eleven (24/7) and art gallery and Starbucks.
The 3rd floor has an excellent laundry facility, a fitness facility, a game room and an outdoor pool.
Our unit is on the 20th floor facing the Daniels Fisher clock tower, a very sought after view.
You can enjoy the free bus shuttle on the 16th St Mall to take you to the civic center, library and art museums at one end and LODO, Elitch Gardens and the Pepsi Center at the other end.

My husband and I split our time between the mountains and downtown Denver, truly the best of both worlds. We are empty nesters with two grown boys and we love Colorado. We are avid cyclists and use the bike path system which runs for miles and miles in all directions.

Location, location, location!
We had a great week long stay in Denver at Brooks Tower! Julie was a great host and was very clear in her communications with what is required and to be expected for our stay. She checked in prior to and day of our arrival and departure. Condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and is priced appropriately. We enjoyed being walking distance to 16th Street, Union Station (where we picked up our daughter who flew in from TX), Coors Field (saw a Rockies game) and a number of great restaurants right across the street. The parking space was great as it is easy in/out for us travel to take in a hike at the Flatirons outside of Boulder, a concert at Red Rocks and trips to a grocery store and other things to do around the City. Thanks for a great place to crash for our family trip!
Julie was a delight to work with. The condo is lovely and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities. There are plenty of hangers and supplies for cooking and laundry. The internet is fast and reliable. When we arrived the condo was spotless. It was wonderful having a parking space and we were only one block from the 16th street trolly line. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We will definitely return.
This is a beautiful condo right in the heart of Denver. Perfect for people needing a place close to the convention center (it's an easy walk at 4 blocks away). Everything is taken care of, so all you need is your suitcase.
16th Street mall is fantastic, and the Speer Blvd waking/biking path is a must see.
The beds in the 2nd bedroom are twins, so they might be small for taller adults, but everything was clean and comfortable.
Julie has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free.

My husband & I recently spent eight days in this wonderful highrise home. It was our first visit and we could not have been happier! What a fabulous location...beautiful views...convenient parking...great amenities...fully equipped...very clean! The owner is very gracious & communicative. We will definitely be disappointed if this perfect pied-à-terre is not available for our next trip to Denver!
This place is fantastic. Before you even enter the apartment the location is amazing, 1 block from 16th and the Convention center and Performing arts. The actual apartment is great with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are shops nearby for basic foods.
From the apartment the public transport is great with free buses up and down 16th which has a lot of restaurants to choose from, at the end of 16th is Union Station and trams run around downtown area too. Along with Cafe's, coffee & lunch places with a shopping mall up 16th for all other needs during a holiday or business stay.
Everything is provided for you when you get to the apartment and if there are any questions there is a folder with all apartment information as to how everything works. Great apartment with fantastic location made me feel very welcome and easy to get everything sorted out. Many thanks
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo through Christmas week. It was perfect in every detail. The view is magnificent, the kitchen is a delight, and the owners have thought of everything to make a guest comfortable. The location was ideal; we even took the bus to our daughter's house and it was so easy and convenient! This unit is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. If we weren't planning to move to Denver, we would plan to stay here again!
