About the property

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6

Boasting panoramic views of 2.5 miles of private beach and rolling waves, this oceanfront condo makes you master of all you survey! Enjoy the sunrise from your long balcony just yards from the sea!

"The best of everything" is the theme of 753 Cinnamon Beach, a 7th-floor condo in an elevator building set right on the shores of gorgeous, private, coquina-shell Cinnamon Beach in Palm Coast. Count on finding plush furnishings, gleaming new appliances, and pleasing decor at this luxe condo, located in the premier Ocean Hammock Resort. From the private boardwalk down to the beach to the clubhouse with fitness center, cafe, game rooms, jacuzzis, lap pools, and tennis courts, this is the go-to destination for your luxury Florida vacation.

The excitement begins on the handsomely tiled, covered balcony at 753 Cinnamon Beach. Adirondack chairs and a long table encourage you to step out here with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, watch the sunrise, and stay for the parade of sea and shore birds that make this beach their home. If there is a birdwatcher or nature lover in your group, bring the binoculars and get ready to add new species to your list -- from pelicans to ospreys, sandhill cranes to snowy egrets, this little piece of coastline is a haven for spectacular wildlife.

You can easily the spend the whole day on this balcony, beneath the pleasant breezes of the silently turning ceiling fan, watching the sun creep over the railings and stripe the floor. But when it's time to go in and see about breakfast, don't despair: the view comes right with you, thanks to big sliding glass doors and an open design that means you can see the ocean from the living room, dining area, and even in the kitchen!

Whether you're cooking a full meal or just putting on some coffee and toast, you will love the kitchen accommodations at 753 Cinnamon Beach. There is no "roughing it" here! Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances await your culinary magic, while granite countertops and wooden cabinets give the space a luxurious feel. The cabinets are packed with cookware, serving dishes, utensils, and all those special chef's tools and gadgets that make cooking a creative pleasure instead of a chore. And even if you firmly intend to eat out at Palm Coast's wonderful restaurants throughout your vacation, you'll love the convenience of countertop appliances from the coffeemaker and toaster to the blender and microwave.

You can set an elegant table at the round dining table between the kitchen and living room, but your family is probably just going to grab their plates and head out to the balcony, so consider making the dining area your game and computer center. The dropped lighting is nice and strong, making journaling, puzzle fitting, and laptop working easier. And when was the last time you all played a rousing game of Monopoly together? Sometimes the old-fashioned pleasures are the very best . . .

The living room at 753 Cinnamon Beach is also designed for togetherness, with a huge HDTV, 250+ cable channels, a VCR, DVD player, and CD player. Sink into the ultra-comfy sofa or one of the plush chairs and enjoy a little entertainment as the last light leaves the big sky. Another perfect Palm Coast day winding down!

At bedtime, there are luxe accommodations for every member of your party. The master suite is oceanfront, with sliding glass doors leading onto the balcony so that you can count the stars and throw open the drapes to see the sunrise without lifting your head from the pillow of the king-sized bed. This room also has a flat-screen TV, nice ocean view window, and en-suite bath with his-and-her vanities, a heavenly soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Bliss!

The second and third bedrooms are equally well appointed and they share the second full bathroom, with both a shower and tub option. One bedroom has a lovely queen-sized bed, while the other offers 2 twins. Sunny windows, plenty of storage space, and room to spread out and get comfortable making these rooms a pleasure to return to each night!

And at 753 Cinnamon Beach, you will also find a full-sized washer and dryer, free WiFi, and fresh linens and towels for each bed and bathroom. It's like staying in a dear friend's house -- except much more luxurious! You will have a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable time here, so don't hesitate -- book this oceanfront condo today!

Beach? Beautiful! Area? Very nice. Condo? Just OK.

We've stayed at Cinnamon Beach before, but the units we've stayed in were set up much better for rentals and everything always worked fine. This one had a spectacular view, and the building itself was fine, but there were many features of the unit that could be improved. We liked the balcony table for meals, but there was no comfortable place to lounge on the balcony (only one old, beat-up lounge chair with a half-inch thick cushion). The door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and close. So much so that three of our six occupants couldn't budge it at all and the other three struggled with it every single time. This significantly limited our use of the balcony, which should be the most used part of an oceanfront vacation condo. The light switches in this unit should come with their own manual! One of the recessed cans in the kitchen stayed on the entire time we were there because we never did find the switch that controlled it. We tried every one we could find. The nightstand lamps did not work. One didn't have a lightbulb, so we took one from another lamp. It was also unplugged, so we plugged it in. Still didn't work, and we figured it was another issue with the light switches, so we tried every possible combination. Swapped it out for another lamp, and that one worked fine. Never did get the other one working, but when we tried the lamp that worked in the other room, it worked. The washer and dryer were so loud that we could only run them when no one was in the unit. You couldn't watch TV or hold a conversation in the other room while either was running, and the buzzer when they were done actually made us think there was a fire alarm going off. I'm sure we'll return to Cinnamon Beach, but we will select a different unit.

Beautiful view! Quiet beach with easy access.

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Will probably return next summer.

Pros--1.The community has gorgeous landscaping and is very clean.

2. This condo was nicely decorated and well kept for a rental. The view is awesome!

3. The beach is quiet and we had tons of room to spread out. The thermostat was set at 75 and it stayed cool--almost chilly.

Cons--1. The dishes and cookware were dirty and mismatched (a lid that didn't fit any of the pots, no large skillet, etc). Many of the cooking utensils were old and/or broken.

2. Security overkill at this community! We were checked in by a gate guard to the community--each time we entered. You must send in the drivers license number for each driver, name of each guest, and make, model and tag for each vehicle before arrival. Then--you must print the corresponding, specially created gate pass before arrival and have it to give to the gate guard. But still yet-- we had to drive through a second gate using an access code to get to our building.

Nice Condo!!! Terrible customer service

  • 3 of 5

The condo was amazing! Very spacious with excellent views! But the customer service not so much! At check in the key code we were given did not work-- after multiple calls we finally got in touch with someone who provided a new key code. In total this took about 40-45 min very frustrating when you are trying to unpack a car and can't even get in! The elevator broke -- and again called multiple times and finally got in touch with someone that said the owners of the building knew about it for a couple of hours no ETA on when it would be fixed. Which we accepted and received the number of the company who maintains the building. After 2 hours we called them and were told they were not aware the elevator was broken in our building!!! I will say after we talked to them someone was there in 15 minutes to fix the issue. I tend to believe they were not aware due to how quick they showed up. When paying this much for a condo for the week it is very disappointing to see such poor customer service from VRBO. So while they give you a number to call good luck with getting someone on the phone who cares and who can help.

4.75 out of 5, actually!!!

  • 5 of 5

Here are the fantastic things about this condo...

1. the view!!! the sun over the ocean each day, and the moon glow at night was AMAZING! Hearing the waves crash outside was a plus at every moment! The cool breeze right off the ocean was superb!

2. the condo itself was gorgeous. Perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and a 3 year old (and one small pug!) The huge Jacuzzi tub in the master was perfect in which to unwind at the end of every day. The condo was clean and had many wonderful amenities!

3. the pet friendliness! Our pug had a great time! It was so nice to be able to take her, as she is diabetic and must go with us everywhere due to having to have 2 insulin shots a day!

4. the balcony's extra large table... We really enjoyed dining "al fresco!"

5. the pools... although I didn't go to one, my grandson enjoyed the family pool!

6. the wi-fi was great, and all remotes were labeled so that turning on the TVs was easy-peasy.

7. the washing machine and dryer made laundry upkeep a breeze!

A few suggestions...

1. something may be wrong with the electrical system in the front bedroom (the one with the queen bed.) When all three light switches were turned on, it overloaded the breaker.

2. Provide a few amenities like salt and pepper.

Overall, I would suggest this condo to anyone looking for a GREAT place to stay in this area. I may book it again for myself in the future! LOVED it so much and hated to come home!

Bad customer service

  • 2 of 5

The condo unit needed much upgrades for the money we paid. The view was spectacular. Bad customer service, never returns calls. Paid for a phone in the unit, they even gave us a phone number. After many many voices messages, emails we were threaten by the manager with arbitration, we asked him why and he said we were harassement them ! We were asking them to comply with the contract the gave us. Now we understand why people at the pool were saying never will they lease from them again. Please stay away from Vacation Rentals Pros. Extremely bad customer service.
