* PASSOVER KASHERING fee- $350 US is due in Israel 3 weeks BEFORE arrival date.
*Departure Cleaning Fee"- $150 US CASH or shekel equivalent, is due 2 days before departure date.
*Property Manager will compute the electric usage via the "electric meter" reading.
*Property must be cleaned weekly, while tenant is occupying the apartment. Tenant pays for weekly cleaning.
Weekly cleaning will be arranged by the Property Manager.
* Electric Fee- paid to owner by Pay Pal or Check.
50% of the rental fee is due on signing the rental agreement. 50% of rental balance is due 30 days BEFORE arrival date. Payment methods: Pay Pal or check. Additional fees: $1000 US "Refundable Security Deposit" CHECK is due on arrival. $150 US or 600 shekels cash "Departure Cleaning Fee" is due 2 days before departure date.

About the owner: Sam and I have a special love for Jerusalem. We lived in the German Colony prior moving to London. Our dream was to own a home in Jerusalem, so our children can experience our ancient Homeland. When we saw this special apartment in the German Colony, we knew instantly, that it was the perfect Holiday-Vacation home. We look forward to our visits, knowing we are coming to our beautiful Jerusalem home. It was designed with much love and attention to detail. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do!

We chose this location, the German Colony, because it is unique and beautiful. Though Anglos live in the neighborhood, it is still populated with many Israelis. The flavor of the neighborhood is diverse and entertaining. Emek Refaim Street is an upscale area filled with great Kosher restaurants, chic shops, cafe's, artisan boutiques, a large pool, day-spa, gym, live theater, Indie cinema, parks/playground and many Synagogues. The locals are friendly and welcome tourists. We feel blessed to own this beautiful Holiday-Vacation property...our home away from home.
