Located on the 2nd French floor (2 flights up) of a 18th century building this large 2 bedroom 2 baths apartment has been totally remodeled in July 2014. All rooms are air conditioned.

Discover a brand new addition to the famous work of a French interior designer from Paris who is also famous for his floor plans, making the apartment easy to use and respecting tenant's privacy.

The building is in the best part of the 7th district, just a 3 minute walk to Rue Cler open market and a five minute walk to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. The seine river is only 2 blocks away.

You are located in the center of Paris, within 1 minute walk to shopping, food, restaurants, cafes and the real Paris atmosphere.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys lots of space and closets. The room is decorated with contemporary furniture which match perfectly the ancient feel of the apartment. Wood floors covered with carpeting.

En-suite of that bedroom is an entirely new bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.

From that room you are able to see the top part of the Eiffel tower and see it blink at the top of each hour at night time.

The second bedroom has twin beds for independent sleeping, but they can be put together to make a king-size bed as well. En-suite to this bedroom is the second bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. (The apartment has two toilets). This bathroom has 2 doors so that if guests are sleeping in the living room can enter that bathroom without bothering the ones using the bedroom.

When no one sleep in the living room the apartment can be considered like a 2 suites property with lots of independence between both bedrooms.

In the living room are 2 brand new full leather sofas, one of which being convertible and allowing for 2 more guests to sleep comfortably. The floor is contemporary marble tile of exquisite quality. Ancient beams have been uncovered from the ceiling so you can contemplate how the constructions were made back in 1818 when the building was built.

In the living room you will find a dining table for up to six guests, and you will also find the 42” Plasma TV with many cable Channels (plus DVD Player). It features a special sound system for home cinema, state of the art stereo from Sony with Ipod dock. Next to the TV is a desk with a PC connected to the internet.

Within the living room is a brand new design kitchen made of black gloss look and wood combination. It has been designed by a famous French kitchen designer who has won an award for his achievements.

It is a full size kitchen and has a clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, burners, multi-function oven, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, boiler…

The apartment also offers unique features like a telephone line with unlimited calls to the United States, a PC connected to the internet, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in all the rooms, large flat TV screen, home cinema and special attention to many luxury decor details making it a unique experience in such a desirable area.

Great Paris location

Tremendous location! 10 mins walking to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.

Supermarkets & bakeries at the end of the street.

The apartment was well equipped. Washing machine, dryer, TV and wi-fi all worked. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and does have a real Parisian feel.

There were 3 of us (2 adults, 1 teen) so size wise it was perfect and in our view it would stretch for 2 couples in comfort.

Our host Pascal was very helpful and responsive.

While great having two bathrooms, the ensuite bathroom is very small, but with the 2nd bathroom being large not an issue.

Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment located close to the Eiffel Tower, wonderful food shops, and transportation. We were welcomed to a clean apartment and given all the necessary information for our stay. We would definitely consider using this apartment again during our next visit to Paris.

Great location, wonderful host but not a 5-star

The property was in a great location and walkable to most sites in Paris. The host was also available for questions and issues. I would not say that this apartment was 5-star. It was very dark and needed some paint. Also, towels and toiletries were limited. When we checked in, the house keeper informed us that there was only enough hot water for 2, maybe 3 showers at a time. One morning we woke up to no hot water at all. With more lighting, a fresh coat of paint, and new linens, this rental could move to a 4-star.

We also called the next day of your arrival to ask if you needed more items for your comfort and you replied that all was fine. Exceptional

This is an excellent property in one of the most elite residential districts of Paris. Its proximity to one of the finest food markets is a joy. The accomodations are better than a high-end hotel and offer space, modern equipment, safety and discretion. Full marks to the owner, who, at the slightest concern of a guest, promptly returns calls or e-mails.

Very good experience - Great Location - Highly Recommended

We stayed in this apartment for a whole week in Late October.

Pluses:

- The apartment is in a great location in the 7th District. Walking distance to many major attractions - we ended using Uber quite a bit (when we didn't feel like walking), but we were within 2 miles of everything .

- MANY restaurants, stores, shopping nearby - you will have numerous options within walking distance and can easily Uber to anywhere in Paris

- Pascal (I assume the owner) communicated frequently before our arrival. Everything was seamless.

- The Apartment Manager met us on-time as planned and did a complete walk thru

- The unit was as advertised, clean and stocked with basic cooking items and simple necessities

- 2nd Bathroom was roomy with a usable bathtub.

Minuses

- Internet was slow and the signal did not reach the bedrooms - so it was unusable in the bedrooms, not a biggy as we were on the go most of the time

- There were no wash clothes or paper towels included so we had to go out and buy some

- Master bath is very small, but with the 2nd bathroom being large not a major issue.

The minuses keep us from giving this a 5 Star. However, overall we had an excellent experience and would stay there again. If the small items on the "minus" list can be corrected this would be 5 stars. Again, the location is EXCELLENT so you will be ready to experience Paris from a nice location.
